Ulasan Prince Plaza II Condotel

It’s a nice hotel. Clean and tidy. The room we got has clogged drainage though. But all in all, I’d still be back. This is our second time by the way.

Location is great, just a walking distance to greenbelt. It has pool with a good view of Makati

Great condo, great location

I initially asked for a quiet room but we were only given a room in 2nd floor. Old building already and the room smells old as well. Toilet stinks of cockroach. Bidet not functioning as well, needed repair. Utility persons were very noisy at the hall around 6am.

I loke the loacation. Short Walking distance to malls and greenbelt park. Saves me for cab fees. They have hitwater , bigger fridge and bigger soace for the prize. Old blgd, pld bed sheets but still fine for thwir srice. Slow elevator and only one is working during my visitz

The building is kinda old but the location is super great. Its near to greenbelt and some restaurants.

The room is a little stinky from the toilet albeit newly renovated restroom.

Worst 4-Star Hotel, with worm on the pillow and outside the elevator.

The locations is very good and landmarks are accessible. Will book again.

A great stay indeed. We just didn’t get a chance to got with 5ft pool since we are only 4ft hahahah but overall it was a great experience

Near the place of my business. Near mall. Very convenient

It’s very near greenbelt and few walks only to the convenience store. The room looks cleaned and they have microwave and fridge and kitchenwares. What we didn’t like and almost cannot tolerate is the strong smell specially inside the room - its a very strong ammonia like smell not sure if coming from pipe or because of the wooden floor. Bring an air spray to cover the smell a bit. The door is still the old key type which is sometimes hard to use. Only one lift if working during our stay. The staff are very good though.

From a year ago, this was very tidy but coffee cups were covered with plastic but were not washed properly.
