Best hotel and very helpful staff espacially Lu huanling helped was very nice and helpful ,if we will come back to jinan city i am sure I will book this hotel again

the view from the window is bad. the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. cafe for payment you get all inclusive. no one understands English at the resort, this creates discomfort for tourists

酒店非常不錯，商務出行，很方便。樓下就是吃飯的，一樓烤肉，二樓海鮮，味道還真不錯。酒店周邊打車也很方便，服務員態度也非常好。

設施：窗簾是電動的特別好，屋裡麪的燈也有各種樣子，在床頭就可以調節，裏面有兩個分開的沙發，這樣在屋裡吃東西兩個人都有位子。 衞生：特別乾淨打掃的一塵不染，屋裡香香的 環境：屋裡最讓我眼前一亮的是床墊，特別高，之前睡酒店從來沒有睡到這樣子的，特別舒服，睡的特別好，賊有安全感，這個價格有浴袍，挺不錯的。 服務：沒得説，相當好，送了水果，酸奶，小餅乾，特別貼心，電視一打開還有歡迎張女士，李先生啥的，總之都是細節滿滿！特別推薦大家來這個酒店，真的非常不錯，從酒店的裝潢設計，到屋裡傢俱擺放，再到工作人員的細心服務，都能感到舒適自在！！！

帶娃來濟南比賽，連住了好幾天，房間寬敞，舒適，乾濕分離帶小衣帽架，非常方便～服務員都非常熱情，下午茶和水果服務員都會送到房間～國慶期間還有免費的漆扇體驗。 另外，一樓薛記炒貨，包圓了整個行程的零食，幾乎每天一買～酒店自帶飯店也不錯，無論晚上隨意點幾個小菜，還是包房大桌團建，都非常方便，味道也很不錯。

非常滿意的一段入住，性價比極高，服務水平達到了近五星的水平。外出遊玩期間幫我們上好了夜宵，之前麻煩幫忙洗的衣服也洗乾淨晾乾了，掛在衣櫃裏。早餐非常豐盛，各種濟南特色美食都有，包括把子肉，甜沫等等，還有現煮麪檔。在此特別感謝管家王青的照顧！

酒店商務宴請和住宿都很棒。三樓的餐廳做的菜很不錯。帶孩子出行，一樓大廳有非遺文化漆扇的製作。大堂經理很大氣，原本衹能一個房間體驗一次，但孩子玩得意猶未盡，經理多送了兩次。這次出行居住感很好！

國慶節帶家人到濟南旅行，到達酒店完全超出了我的預期，進入大廳後酒店佈局美觀大氣，房間佈置温馨，酒店大廳設有特色漆扇製作，給旅途增添了很多樂趣，還有特別要感謝老闆送的公仔，孩子特別喜歡！
