Had a very wonderful 4 nights stay. Service at reception is most helpful especially for us seniors who travelled F&E. Breakfast is great with good varieties. The rooms are clean n the beds are comfortable. Thumbs up for this hotel n highly recommend.

The lighting switch is terrible. Cannot be turned off and it’s very bad for sleeping. And too tired to call the customer services. Hope you can improve the quality.

A great hotel at a very good location in Guiyang. The service was superb, and the staff very accommodating, particularly YanYan at the front desk, who is friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay with unexpected bonus of pull-out bed. Good service standards and a decent breakfast. Well worth the price especially if travelling as a family.

Good location, friendly and professional staff, good breakfast. The only problem is that windows didn't close well so it can be noisy in the street. But I would definitely go back.
