Kami mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan di lokasi ini. Satu-satunya masalah yang kami temui adalah kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi dengan lessor, karena komunikasi kami hanya melalui email. Selain itu, terdapat kendala bahasa, karena sulitnya berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris karena terbatasnya kemampuan penyewa. Kelemahan lainnya adalah tidak adanya Netflix di akomodasi. Saat kami mencoba mengatasi hal ini dengan lessor melalui email, kami kesulitan memahami instruksi yang diberikan.

The residence room exceeded my expectations with its excellent facilities! I had an amazing view of Manila City from my room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room’s locking system made me feel very secure, adding to my overall comfort. Overall, this room and residence truly deserve a FIVE-STAR rating from me! I will definitely return to this residence again. Cheers!

Prime location, easy check-in, and the host is very hands-on too! Rockwell is just around the corner and you can buy all your basic needs in the grocery store on the ground floor. There are restaurants, hair and nail saloons, massage parlor, etc. The swimming pool and the kid's playground look amazing as well. Bring your own stick if you wish to play billiards! Oh, the washing machine was helpful as we stayed for a few days lol. I think the cockroach issue is a concern of the whole building because the room is clean but during the night, it seems that cockroaches are coming out from the shower drainage. They need to do a thorough pest maintenance.

Stayed here for 10 days. We didn’t like the bed it was hard and could feel the springs, the faucet opened randomly and made a really loud sound. The shower area was clogging as well as the sink. There were small cockroaches and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom’s floor drain (we had to buy air freshener cause the smell was really bad). The contact person was accommodating but we couldn’t really bother getting some of our concerns fixed since we were busy going to places.

Room clean. Aircond works well. Tv works well. Just lot of tiny cockroaches. All in all , ok stay. Strategic location . Walking distance to city centre

Impeccably clean, newly built, centrally located apartment building in Makati. This unit was at the 37th floor and the units are self check-in. Total privacy and security. Loved the interior design. All the necessary amenities were there and our stay was comfortable. Bed, pillows and comforter were so comfy. Good aircon and ample hot water in the bathroom. There was a balcony too. Smart tv with Netflix. Fast WiFi. Everything was great. Totally recommended

Our place is super clean and smells great! The caretakers are really nice too.

Everything went fine. After sending IDs via mail, we received all needed information for the self check in and check out. Apartment got all you need.
