the niu Mood hotel is a solid choice when spending some nights in Mainz - the property, common areas and bedroom are very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful and a bus station connection to the central station or city center is a 3 minutes walk away (although the location is not close to any supermarkets or restaurants nearby) However, it is worth a stay!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. They will give you a free drink coupon if you are willing to pass on your room being cleaned each morning. This is great because the only negative thing about the hotel is that the train station is the closest place to get coffee or food. It’s not far, but it is better if you can have coffee right after waking up.

Sehr gut für kurze Aufenthalte, wie Geschäftsreisen geeignet. Lage gut (zentral), aber nicht perfekt, da doch 10-15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Personal so la la, aber immerhin benutzt bemüht. Zimmer sehr klein, aber fein. Ein Schreibtisch fehlt leer. Bei Geschäftsideen klares Manko. Das Frühstück ist eigentlich ganz gut, aber leider haben sie in den letzten Monaten die Preise dir extrem erhöht. Um 70 % von 10 auf 17 Euro! Das ist happig. Bei spontaner Buchung am morgen sogar 19 Euro. Das finde ich schon fast dreist.

Die Unterkunft war an sich ganz gut, sauber und ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom HBF Frühstück gab es Wurst, Eier etc und eine Pancake Maschine. Man muss sich dafür allerdings anmelden und das Personal da war irgendwie ungelernt bzw die haben sich "aus Spaß" ein bisschen so gestritten... Rechnung kann für Trip.com Buchungen vom Hotel nicht ausgestellt werden.

Wlan war nicht gut, gab es keine Telefon um Reception anzurufen, gab es kein Bar in der Zimmer, keinen Wasserkocher. Aber war sehr sauber und bequem
