Misleading photos! The condition of the rooms was deplorable. not enough beds, so they put a mattress on the floor. the bathroom I didn't even dare go in! The knob was brown, which is indecent for a 3 star hotel.The rest of the hotel is fine, including the restaurant, but the rooms are horrible.

Very pathetic hotel and specially rooms, we had booked 02 Single rooms and when went to hotel rooms, they were like under renovation and instead of single they gave us triple bed room. Very bad experience. I have clicked 2-3 pics of the rooms and attaching the same. We had paid Rs 4500/- per room and it was bvery bad experinvce for us.

Resort was located right beside the beach which gives the vibe of private beach. It is an old building with limited accommodation. Garden area and kids play area was great. Swimming pool was clean. Room Rates were normal and probably cheaper than nearby hotels. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Parking spots were abundant. Nearby tourist attractions were within 2 kms and walkable. It was close vicinity to multiple restaurants. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious. However, rooms could have been cleaner. The bathroom fittings were rusty. Windows were filthy. TV was faced to direction that didn’t have any furniture. Hallways were stinky.

Spacious rooms, private beach access - in general an average experience. Customer service not great, need to wait longer to get things. Food is pathetic! Better they cancel the complimentary breakfast!

Stayed for 3 days. Sea facing rooms. The location of hotel is awesome. Direct access to beach which is clean and people are surfing there. Though the room is old but very spacious rooms and huge washrooms. Ample furniture for storage. Could have been more clean and weak wifi. Service is prompt. Can stay if not looking for very fresh construction.

Rooms are clean n spacious, pool was awesome, food quality is good, private beach, offshore temple near by.... But,, The ***ager suresh and restaurant staff has to learn how to behave with customers.. Very bad experience with them For Resorts.. Will give 5 🌟 For their behavior.. 1 🌟 I didn't expect behavior from them

I saw few reviews in TripAdvisor before booking. Mentioned as 3 star Hotel. Dont get bluffed by seeing pics its lodge not suitable for families. Room service worst ask for tips only. Basic cleaning also not done in room, dusty and stinging smell. No WiFi, staircase lights also.

PLUSes: Sprawling resort. Lot of parking space. Step out and you hit the beach. Large rooms (superior room). Rooms look newly painted and new false ceiling. Restaurant facing the beach. Buffet breakfast with lot to choose. Very close to most tourist attractions. Shore temple can be seen from restaurant. Benches facing beach - great place to spend time. Negative: Aged setup - Crumbling very old furniture, dark flooring put us off. Even the reception looks very old, dark. Books covered with lot of dust - no newspapers. Breakfast was all cold - I suspect carried over for 2 days. Nothing for northern taste. Staff had to remind twice to clean the room. Charged for water. The garden is not beautified - just plain lawn.

Siamo arrivati a fine della vacanza per passare le ultime due notti in India, avevamo già visto delle recensioni, ma risalivano al 2016 quindi siamo andati in fiducia che avremmo trovato un posto migliore, considerata la scelta dei sette alberghi precedentemente passati. La pulizia scarsissima e la struttura in cui ci hanno alloggiato fatiscente. Abbiamo dormito nel sacco lenzuolo, il ristorante per la colazione che avrebbe dovuto aprire alle 6.30 am, alle 7.50 am era ancora chiuso. La piscina non la commento. Bella posizione.
