Pros: spacious room, nice atmosphere. Friendly staff, breakfast was great too. Doesn’t take long to go to the city centre if you drive yourself.
Cons: electricity supply in room was a bit unstable (their backup system would work immediately but the lights would switch on and off suddenly…)

overall we had a fantastic stay at the Rin Suite. Beautifully designed. although one thing I wish could be better is the breakfast. Coffee is very important for me in the morning and when I asked for an americano it tasted like water, so I asked for double shots and it didn't come until almost half way through my breakfast. croissant wasn't that great, we ordered 2 and one was not baked properly (mushy inside and cold)..... other than that the service was great which makes up for it. I will stay here again and make sure you order double shots if you are a regular coffee drinker.

I had my creature comfort moment at Raya Heritage and I liked it. The experience was personalised and my take away breakfast was awesomely customised. Great bed and a bath with salts. When I’m in the area again I’ll repeat that self- love moment. Thank you RH.

Thank you for the birthday arrangement in breakfast time at the restaurant, every staff is friendly and warm hospitality! Of course price is high comparing to other resorts.

The hotel and room looks exactly the same as the photos shown in the app. Location is good, hotel staffs are nice and provided warm welcome and service.
We had a pleasant stay at Raya Heritage and will definitely come back.
