What can I say everything was great, from the service to the rooms to the breakfast their hospitality is unbeatable amazing staff... Edward is just so amazing he does everything that's in his power to make ur stay a pleasant one! Thank you will be back again!

Perfect hotel , everything was more than perfect , our holiday was a fantastic experience in this hotel, the stuff was perfect , very friendly , the rooms were so clean and comfortable. The receptionist (Elena ) was so nica , she helped us with directions , and receive us with a great smile. I recommend this hotel with 5 stars.

I've tried this chain before in Madrid and while I liked a lot my previous stays I was skeptical about the area this hotel is in, since it's quite a distance away from the city center. However after spending a few afternoons in Madrid's touristic area I was thankful to be out of that chaos and staying in a quiet neighborhood some 20min away in metro. The hotel is good, clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and always willing to help, breakfast is very good with some hot options and the usual Spanish meats, cheeses and pastries, very well made and with something for everyone. There are plenty of good places to eat around, the metro stations is 2min away, and there were several bus lines a short walk away too, and there was always taxis and ubers available. The only issue we had was the hot water in the shower was a bit inconsistent specially during the mornings, but that wasn't a big deal... I'd definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to stay again

Disappointing stay .. we booked this hotel for a 2 night stay in November having read some decent reviews. The rooms are quiet and the street below is quiet, however it’s difficult to write anything else positive regarding this hotel. There was an item of clothing, (a top) taken from my luggage in our hotel room, this was removed from my luggage bag when we were out the Saturday morning. It is now 3 months since our stay and the hotel has made little if no effort to rectify this unfortunate situation.

The hotel was lovely same the staff members. Clean room, brilliant breakfast. Close to shopping centre, metro station 2min. I can recommend this hotel to anyone. Kichen staff very nice girls. Antonio in reception very helpful same as the girls. Good location.

We stayed a lovely long weekend at the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff especially Jenny. Big room for a definitely affordable rate. Wide choice at the breakfast buffet. Great location close to metro. All around recommendable! Thanks for a great stay!

From the check with Laura until the check out with Edu, our holiday stay in Madrid has been marvellous. The hotel is not far from the city center, 20 minutes away from the heart of Gran Via. Our room was spacious, quiet and immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet is wide range and delicious and the dining staff are very lovely especially Anna who made us feel at home! We are definitely coming back to this hotel when we next visit Madrid. Overall we had an excellent stay! Thank you to everybody most especially to Laura, Anna and Edu!

Great Hotel. Very firendly staff, amazing breakfast. Room very spacious with sustainable approach. Highly recommend it when going to Madrid. Shopping Center nearby. Only 15 minutes to the city center (by taxi)
