In the heard of Madrid city Puerta del Sol , convenient and the mrt stations just about 100m away from the hotel

The hotel's location is very convenient, just steps away from the subway, which made exploring the city quite easy. However, I did notice that the alley where the hostel is situated has a somewhat questionable vibe, especially at night. If I had been alone, I might have felt unsafe walking through it. The hostel room itself didn't detract from our overall experience visiting the city. It was functional and served its purpose. That said, I found the staff not particularly proactive in assisting guests. Additionally, I feel the photos on the booking site are a bit misleading, especially regarding the entrance and the corridors inside the hostel. They give a more welcoming impression than the reality. If I were to visit again, I would probably consider other options that might offer a more secure and transparent experience.

Nice and convenient located on a really good spot. Book the room with a balcony it’s totally worth it~

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Madrid! Sound isolation was very good, air conditioning worked well, and personal was very friendly and ready to help with any question! Also location is perfect, you can walk to any of city famous places by feet!

Buenisimo! Mejor de lo que se ve las fotos. Ubicación genial, limpieza excelente... es cierto que se escucha un poco las habitaciones continuas pero cuando se habla muy muy fuerte. La calle es fea pero segura, el aire funcionaba muy bien y el baño limpio.

La ubicación me parece destacada, a unos cuantos metros tiene acceso a la estación de Metro Gran Vía. También está a corta distancia de Sol. La habitación que me tocó, estaba pequeña, pero para mí fue justo lo necesario, fue funcional (2 camas, escritorio + silla, pequeña pantalla y aire acondicionado, no cuenta con closet); el único detalle fue que batallé un poco para echar a andar el aire acondicionado. El baño es de buen tamaño y sobre todo estaba limpio y en buenas condiciones.

Está a una calle de la Gran Vía, la ubicación inmejorable relación con el precio, es bastante pequeño pero cómodo, perfecto para descansar, no hay ruido

西班牙這種民宿怎麼做到4分以上好評的？？ 超級吵得一條街，半夜也是醉漢高歌，酒吧搖滾。 最奇葩的是沒有被子沒有被子沒有被子！就一個sheet，床罩！雖然不是冬天、也不至於沒有被子，要來的是one more更臟的床罩。 淋浴是壞的，淋浴移門是壞的，水不大但是各個方向飛濺，頭髮，鏡子馬桶廁紙全部濕了。床頭沒有電插頭，在門口一個角落。牆邊櫃子搖搖欲墜，害怕被砸死。 幸虧有攜程費力溝通，他們居然英語很差，不知道攜程怎麼和他們溝通的。

酒店位置相當方便，隔離已經有地鐵站。 附近有勁多餐廳。相當方便。 員工服務態度唔錯，笑面迎人。 房間光線充足。
