Excellent location, friendly staff, good amenities at hotel and plenty restaurants and retail outlets nearby. Recommend and would stay again.

It's a great experience for me. The location is excellent. It's super convenient for eating, shopping and taking a car. The environment is also very good.

The location is very good. You can walk to the Spanish Square to feed the pigeons. Directly opposite is Xiaolongkan Hotpot, and diagonally opposite is a museum. The room is very clean. There is no kettle. You can ask the staff to get hot water in the lobby bar. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo.

The location is good, the conditions are average, not up to the level of domestic Mercure, probably the level of a budget hotel

I was working near Plaza de España, so I think the location was good. As for the room, the width of the bed is a little narrow for a 4-star hotel, but is it about this? However, for nearly 15,000 yen per night, it is inside the second floor, and there is a warehouse in front of the window, so I don't feel like opening the window. It was a cheap room and I don't think it was a great deal. There was no information on how to connect to the internet or breakfast at check-in, so it was a little unfriendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of items such as ham, cheese, Spanish omelets, muffins and donuts, but overall the food was very salty and some people may not like it. We stayed for 6 nights, but finally got tired of it a little. There was no problem with cleaning the room, but the window was left open for only one day, and it felt like I was in the middle of making the bed. It is feeling that how about for four star hotel. If the window was open, I could have entered the room from the warehouse outside, so luckily I came back early that day, so it was good, but I was worried. As a whole, I was satisfied as such, but I am not sure if I will stay again.
