The hotel room look aged and the bedsheet have too much room to improve. And overall the room doesn’t look like a 5star hotel. Breakfast is good enough.

Our stay was very comfortable, breakfast spread was amazing.. they really have delicious spread. We requested for late check out and staff was so cooperative they allowed us to check out late too . I will recommend this hotel for stay .

Das Preis leistungs Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht dieses Hotel ist extrem überteuert. Das Wasser im Pool ist regelmäßig extrem verschmutzt da die Gäste mit normaler Straßenkleidung in den Pool gehen, unter anderem gibt es auch selten Handtücher am Pool. Im Außenbereich ist es fast nicht möglich zu sitzen da alles von tauben zu geschissen ist. Der Fahrstuhl wird zu den Stoßzeiten gewartet sodass *** wenig Chancen hat vom 12. Stock in das Erdgeschoss zu gelangen. Am Frühstücks Buffet ist oft nicht alles verfügbar, der Pizza Ofen ist meist kaputt. Meiner Meinung nach ist dieses Hotel eine absolute Abzocke. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ländern wie z.b. Thailand/ Bangkok ist dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Als Hilton member war es hier mein erster und letzter Besuch.
Amazing service in gym. Good and hygienic place… Aman said a good job in gym with workout and post workout… place is convenient for travel… it’s in the city centre… all the nearby places are easily accessible… what else to say…. Fantastic place for business and family trips… do visit the gym

Loved the hotel , the room there was even Amazon prime available on the TV , food was fine location is fine just outside the rapid metro BUT the air conditioning just didn’t work in my room I called maintenance and the said that it’s the way it is and they can’t make it cooler so this is the only thing that would make me think twice before booking again.

Had a good buffet today at Asia Alive Restaurant. Ms. Sweety was realy good in giving the introduction and taking care of the needs. And also Mr. Mukesh for being a good attended at the table. I had a good time. One must try their vegetarian dishes at the buffet and the dessert.

Great location, excellent value for money. The hospitality staff are excellent and very helpful to adress any concerns on the go. The in-house asian food are amazing and cater to any customisation requests. The complementary dessert in the morning breakfast is a must to have.

It was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was nicely spread and delicious. Overall the stay was good for my trip, I spent two nights at this property. It’s close by to metro. Staff was courteous and accommodative. I always prefer to stay at Hilton properties.

I have checked in as a Diamond Member, expecting a top-tier experience. Unfortunately, my stay started far from pleasant. Despite my status, my request for a welcome cookie was completely ignored by the reception folks, setting the tone for my visit. The hotel has refused to provide complementary breakfast for the additional guest under my membership that is clearly a part of the Diamond Member benefits. Instead, they attempted to deceive my guest with excuses, which was quite disappointing. The staff on night shift were very unprofessional and rude during our interactions, which only added to my frustration. Room service was another major letdown. Requests are extremely delayed, turning what should have been a relaxing stay into a stressful ordeal. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I expect from this hotel. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves their service for future guests. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here, especially for loyal Diamond Members who expect and deserve better. I guess all the previous gems(staff) have left the hotel. Best of luck dear travellers.
