The hotel is nice on its own. But please do not book the rowing boat high tea there. They do not even serve tea despite being a high tea ride. And charges 888rmb. Superb ridiculous. Overall the high tea was a total ripped off by such reputable hotel.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, the staff is super attentive, friendly and helpful and the food was nothing but delicious. The outdoor pool is a heavenly place, so peaceful and quiet. We’ll definitely come back!

이번에 항저우에 남편과 함께 결혼1주년 여행을 오게 되면서 숙소를 찾던 도중에 이 호텔을 찾았습니다~ 여기는 한국인이 올린 리뷰는 한개도 없었지만 다른 외국인글 리뷰랑 사진을 보고 반신반의하면서 왔는데 리뷰 내용과 일치했고 사진도 올라온것과 동일해서 너무 좋았습니다. 보통 다른 호텔 리뷰와 직접 경험하면 편차가 커서 매번 불편했는데, 항저우에 좋은 시간을 보내고 싶은 한국인이 계시다면 꼭!! 제발 속는셈 치고 이 호텔에서 한번 시간 보내시길 추천드립니다. 글이 길어서 읽기 불편하신 분들을 위해 제가 느낀점과 서비스를 항목별로 별점으로 한번 매겨서 알려드릴게요~ 호텔 서비스★★★★★: 호텔리어 crayton를 통해 호텔에 관한 서비스와 위치를 안내받았습니다. 불편한 사항은 위챗을 통해 질문을 하면 시간이 될 때 바로바로 알려주셔서 너무 편했습니다. 방에 입장하면 웰컴 과일과 안내사항이 적혀있고 내부에서 뷰를 즐기시면 됩니다!! 또한 비상용 침구와 베개가 몸에 맞지않는다면 바꿔준다고 먼저 말씀 해주시는 꼼꼼함 때문에 호텔링 내내 불편함을 느끼지 못했습니다. 호텔링 마지막 일정에서 친절한 한국어 인사와 배웅으로 즐거운 시간을 가질 수 있었습니다. 谢谢 crayton!!! 호텔 조식★★★★★ :호텔 조식은 뷔페가 아닌 한상 차림이었어요. 종류가 5개로 항저우식 3개 서양식2개로 준비되어 있었는데 저는 완탕이랑 볶음면을 선택했는데 매우 만족했습니다. 평소에 향나는 음식을 잘 먹지못하는데 이건 불편함 없이 잘먹었습니다❤ 식사전에는 간단하게 커피나 또우장을 받을 수 있었고, 식사중이나 후에는 앞에 비치된 과일과 디저트가 있는 세미 뷔페를 이용하면서 식사를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 호텔 위생★★★★★: 음식과 뷰가 좋아도 아무래도 가장 먼저 생각하시는게 위생이라고 생각하는데 말이 필요없습니다. 꼭 항저우 오게되면 여기 호텔 강추 드립니다!!! 다음에도 항저우를 방문하게 되면 재방문의사 1000%입니다.

一直很想來這家酒店，藉著這次來燒香的時間，特地定了他。酒店就在西溪濕地裏麪，四面都是綠植河流，每間房都有個大露台，視野無遮擋，讓人心情愉悦。酒店硬件軟件都沒的説，智能馬桶和超大圓形浴缸更是加分。還配備黑珍珠餐廳，早餐半自助式可以悠閑地享受慢時光。特別要提他們的服務，管家Crayton要表揚一下，他都是提前聯繫好和安排好房間，房間温度更是早早都設定好的，微信聯繫有求必應，十分貼心。退房更是安排拿行李和球車服務，下次一定還要來試試其他房型的👍 歡迎水果:有

此次來杭見朋友，她推薦我入住木守西溪酒店，酒店在西溪濕地景區，一路蜿蜒，滿目碧綠葱蘢，進入酒店從入口到辦理入住再去到客房，得到管家crayton的帶領和引導，雨中接駁車的來回接送也貼心周到，看整體環境，看出經營者對酒店的設計用心，入住體驗感受運營管理者的服務品質，前台和餐區的點餐推薦和上菜菜品和上菜速度也超過預期。

酒店在西溪裏面深度體驗了西溪的自然美，園林一步一景非常出片。服務和設施也很棒，衞浴用品都蠻有品味。酒店的小姐姐Betty熱情好客，非常禮貌，小姐姐五星好評！ 在酒店入住感覺真的很chill又relax，吃飯的味道也不錯，都贊👍

西溪天堂裏的酒店很多，但木守西溪還是值得推薦。在此地度假既是一場休閑，又是一次江南水鄉的文化體驗。尤其讓我們驚羨的是酒店的設計風格等細節的完美搭配。當然我們也為這裏暖心的服務人員Betty致謝，搖擼船特別值得體驗。
