Hotel Ariston

My family has just finished a week's stay at Hotel Ariston and we couldn't have been more impressed with the hospitality of Andrea and Paula and their lovely staff. They speak excellent English, care passionately about the experience of their guests and were hugely welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. We had quite a lot of admin to do with green passes and ski passes and Andrea's help was invaluable and offered unconditionally. The hotel is reltively small but expertly run. There is a wellbeing centre with a small pool and sauna (not operating when we were there). The rooms were very clean and although fairly basic, served our purposes completely. The hotel is located centrally in Campiglio and was a short walk away from numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest ski lift is about 6-7 mins walk uphill or there's another about 7-8 mins downhill. On the way home the nearest slope ends about 100 yards from the hotel. The food in the hotel was first rate. A delicious selection of local dishes, all cooked and served beautifully. We did half board and enjoyed wonderful suppers with a chef's starter, a primi piatti, main course and pudding. There were at least three selections and they also cooked dishes especially for the kids if they didn't like the options. The hotel also had an impressive wine list and Andrea is a sommelier who knows huge amounts about his cellar. He advised us nightly on wine selections. We stayed over New Year and enjoyed the gala dinner on 31/12 with umpteen courses and a wine tasting menu (optional extra) which was great fun. Breakfast was a typical continental affair with cereals, juices, meats and cheeses, fresh bread, pastries and the option (€3) of cooked breakfast which our kids loved. In all, it was a great place to stay: friendly, warm, hospitable, great food and lovely staff who all worked unbelievably hard to make our stay enjoyable. Special thanks also to Matteo for serving us so kindly throughout. I can thoroughly recommend Hotel Ariston and look forward to returning there in the future.

This is a very nice family run hotel and everyone was so nice and helpful. The service and the food was very good. We were happy with our room that faced the square. Everything was clean and our room were spacious and nice. We can highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel close to three different ski lifts as well as a wide range of shops and restaurants. Really great location. The hotel is very clean and good facilities. The staff are very friendly and cannot do more for you.

Siamo stati molto bene in questo hotel, centralissimo per tutte le esigenze.I Sig Andrea e Paola sono sempre presenti in modo affabile, pronti a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.Camere confortevoli, ambienti comuni curati e accoglienti, personale gentile.Molto buono il ristorante.Speriamo di ritornarvi .Sig.Sansoni

Aspetti positivi: Hall moderna e accogliente; personale abbastanza cordiale; buona colazione. Aspetti negativi: receptionist/proprietari hanno provato in 2 occasioni a farmi pagare più del dovuto (parcheggio e bevande cena)… episodi assolutamente incresciosi. Per non parlare della fase di prenotazione delle camere. Titolari veramente pessimi. Stanze piccole e poco confortevoli (qualità prezzo abbastanza bassa); piscina spa con acqua fredda. Il voto è molto basso soprattutto per il comportamento tenuto dai proprietari.

All'hotel Ariston abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno perfetto. La posizione è favolosa, in centro a Madonna di Campiglio, a due passi da tutti i servizi, non servono tante parole. Struttura pulitissima, moderna e davvero con uno stile gradevole. La cucina è ottima, dalla colazione ai pasti principali si può godere di una ampia scelta di portate, eccellente la scelta dei vini per i quali ci si può affidare alla competenza e professionalità del gentilissimo sig. Andrea. Al bar della hall buona scelta di birre e cocktails. Lo staff è premuroso, disponibile, estremamente gentile ma sopratutto competente. Torneremo presto, consigliassimo.

Abbiamo soggiornato il questo hotel la settimana di ferragosto che dire un ambiente piccolino molto accogliente ci si sente a casa Andrea e Paola persone splendide e molto disponibili cibo ottimo sia la colazione che la cena …. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre ( io, mia sorella e mia madre quasi novantenne) per tre notti in questo hotel veramente centrale a Madonna di Campiglio, comodo alle passeggiate adatte ad una persona anziana. La camera tripla che ci è stata assegnata era spaziosa e con balcone, la cena molto ricca e varia, con verdure a buffet, primo, secondo e dolce. Anche la colazione prevede ogni ben di dio , gli ambienti comuni sono intimi, puliti e gradevoli alla vista. Il signor Andrea, proprietario dell' hotel a conduzione familiare, è una persona di cui abbiamo apprezzato non solo l' ottimo sense of humour, ma anche la disponibilità nel darci consigli e nel rispondere alle nostre domande. Sicuramente per tutti gli elementi citati terremo presente questo hotel se torneremo a Madonna di Campiglio.

Struttura in pieno centro, quindi vicino a diversi impianti di risalita e a tutto ciò che offre il paese. Hotel molto carino e curato, in particolar modo le zone comuni sono accoglienti e calde. Bella zona wellness, con l'unica pecca della temperatura non troppo elevata. Le camere non nuovissime ma ben curate e pulite. Colazione e cena di buonissima qualità. Tutto lo Staff a partire dal proprietario sono di una gentilezza e professionalità rara. Un plauso a tutti quanti, torneremo con estremo piacere! Alla prossima!
