The facilities are good and staff also nice. It’s very easy to reach in Madgaon. Food is also good here. Spacious rooms and good facilities. It’s close to market, decently close to beaches. Have a travel desk setup at the reception itself. No language barrier.

Hotel is very nice, it's an value for money hotel, Good for short stay centrally located and near to Margao railway station rooms are very pretty with spacious. Breakfast is veey nice with good taste, hotel staff is experienced and his behavior is very nice and friendly

Had a nice and pleasant stay here,staffs were very cooperative,Rooms were neat and clean,I would suggest people to plan there stay in Jyoti plaza. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

I stayed at this hotel, but I had a very bad experience, The pillows were filthy not washed. There were cockroaches running around in the room, we ordered food but couldn't eat because of the cockroaches. I can never recommend any one to stay at this hotel. Utter rubbish

Waiting for so many hours at station after when you got cancel ticket, I book this hotel. Early check in room was ok, washroom & room having small ants & bugs roaming around. Service was slow as I called 4 times for water bottle. TV was not working only answer I got technician will come, but from morning till next morning noone visit.

The entrance and reception are lovely. We had a great welcome and we’re given a free room upgrade. The room was huge and had a sofa as well has chairs. Unfortunately the room was very tired. The bed was very old. The furniture in the room was also old. The bathroom was ok but had bugs everywhere and the sink leaked all over the floor. The room also had cockroaches. The Wi-Fi was good as was the a/c. Weather was also nice and hot. The restaurant was nice and the local breakfast was really good but if you wanted anything ordering they took forever and on one morning I gave up waiting.

Really loved the hotel, it's amenities, services and quality of infrastructure (except the lift). The location being right in in the heart of the Margao hence everything was in close proximity. I would love to stay again.
