This little hotel is within walking distance from Largo do Senado and other historical sites; bus 101x from the bridge port stops a few blocks away; a night market is just around the corner, and there's a 24-hour supermarket a block away. The facilities were clean and the room looked just like new. The bed was clean and comfy, toiletries were provided, and the room had a TV and a kettle. Even though I booked a shared bathroom, it was very clean and shared with only another room. The staff was super nice, and both the check-in and check-out processes were fast and easy. Overall, I enjoyed my 2 nights in Pensão Carmen and I would book it again.

Nice place close to san malo and saint paul but hard to find the place when you’re first timee to macau some taxi driver didn’t know the address at 10 tqxi driver we ask at last one know the place but we drop wrong way too far to walk carrying our luggage going up about 15min then when we get there at the hotel we found out the nearest way to drop by taxi in front of san malo then walk about 6min to hotel pensao elegante.

Here's a breakdown: Pros: - **Room Size**: Much more spacious compared to most hotels in Hong Kong, which was a big relief. - **Comfort**: The bed is on the firm side, but the pillows are incredibly soft, and the duvet felt new and fluffy, making for a comfortable sleep. - **Air Conditioning**: Worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and pleasant. - **Amenities**: The room was well-equipped with a toothbrush, comb, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a water heater, a small wardrobe, a table and chair, and a hair dryer. - **Location**: Very close to a bus stop, making it easy to get around. Also, there are plenty of food options nearby, including convenient stores and non-halal food stalls (for those interested) . Cons: - **Toilet Size**: The toilet is quite small, designed for an average Asian build. If you’re taller or of European size, it might be a bit cramped—you may even need to bend your knees in certain positions. ### Additional Notes for Muslim Travelers: If you're looking for halal food, I highly recommend visiting **Indonesia Warong Amar Berkah**, a bus ride with fewer stops and few meters from the station you'll find the shop snuggle between pastry shops. The food there is delicious and a must-try, worth the price! Overall, **Pensão Elegante** offers great value for its price, with a strategic location and good amenities. Just be prepared for the small toilet and firm bed! Would definitely stay here again for a budget-friendly trip.

Very new decoration. Located in an inconspicuous alley. takes about 8 minutes to walk to the bus station. It is comfortable although not big, very safe and has good service. the best three-star hotel in Macau, both in terms of price and decoration.

The place was on an street away from the noisy establishments. For the information of future guests, the reception is on the 4th floor. The receptionist couldn't speak evwn a little english so prepare ypur foogle translation if you wanna aak assistance or queries. She was very nice, though. Room was clean.

Kudos and Thankful to Ms Chez, Front desk staff, luckily she is pinay and we never had a hard time communicating. She was very helpful and kind to us and she even provided us coins/change to use for the bus going to HZM. Overall great stay. The place was great. Decent and affordable hotel room for a stay in Macau. The room was clean and maintained. They provide toiletries and water at the front desk. Air-condition room with kettle, dryer and heater available. Double bed room, with cabinet and working table. Would recommend this hotel for your stay since it is Near senado square, a 6 minute walk from the hotel. 8 min walk going to Ruins of St. Paul and 10 min walk going to grand lisboa hotel where you can ride free shuttle buses going to other casinos and mall especially in studio city, parisian, venecian, and londoner. Hotel S Macau exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very clean, and the comfort of the rooms truly stood out. Its central location is unbeatable—just a short walk to many cultural landmarks, restaurants, and public transport options, making exploring Macau a breeze. I highly recommend Hotel S Macau for anyone looking for a comfortable, art-inspired stay in the heart of Macau. 

One of the only reasonably priced hotels in Macau that has rooms with 3 beds for 3 adults. Great location (quiet, near everything), nice views from upper floors, fantastic staff. Excellent local dimsum resto attached to lobby. The roast duck with rice plate is amazing.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.
