First thing first - this is my very first time staying in an old local hotel in Macau. I normally stay at the Sheraton Coltai because of my Platinum status. In the past month, I stayed in this hotel twice within a month solely because my friends have casino room voucher which costs something like USD 75 per night including tax and they like to use the casino here. I was very skeptical staying in a local hotel but with this price, my expectations were very low. Yes, the rooms are quite dated but they are clean.

Value for money for the price we paid for the hotel room and they upgraded us to a family room. The breakfast was simple and limited choices but the food is quite nice. They also provide free shuttle bus service to various locations.

We had a great experience at the Golden Dragon! Pros: - amazing upgraded room - friendly staff - tasty restaurant - free shuttle buses to various sites and casinos Cons: - slow and inadequate WiFi (I couldn't even have a video call for work) - booking included a 10% discount voucher for the Macau Tower, but they didn't give it to us - they wouldn't provide clean coffee cups or a bowl for cereal Definitely recommend if you don't need reliable WiFi.

Was good, but there is no hood in the room. Don’t smoke inside, but it’s allowed . Smell is so bad

Thank you for the birthday set up for our daughter, she like the towel cake a lot! Hotel location is good, walking distant to sands hotel which the frequency of bus to London, Paris, Venice is higher. Rooms are clean, love the seating area in our room too! Comfy! And also there is some eateries near by with nice food.

Very satisfied with the room. It is clean, and features a modern design. The bed is comfortable, and the location is convenient, being close to the HZM Bridge and Macau Airport

Location is walking distance from Jetty terminal. A bit far from Macau central 大山巴牌坊. Can walk towards there , about 15 mins. Hv shuttle bus to various hotel n border to China . No direct bus to airport. A bit quiet nearby. Hotel staffs friendly. Overall ok.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful and clean. The location is convenient enough, the ferry station is near and the main attractions are enoughly closed, keep in mind there is no self laundry, internet was patchy and sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t
