Ulasan Hotel the Mitsui Kyoto, a Luxury Collection Hotel & Spa

Wonderful stay, the design/interior is confortable, breakfast is great, service is very good. The spa was also nice with the thermal bath. We really enjoyed also the shower in the bathroom. Japanese breakfast was also nice. Overall a good experience, we had a room facing the street which was not ideal, I would recommend to book a room facing the garden or the castle.

The most gorgeous hotel i’ve ever stayed at. it’s also an EXPERIENCE to stay at the hotel Mitsui because the used to be the residence of the Mitsui family. it was such a cool experience. from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk of out this property, you feel so welcomed and accommodated. There is welcome tea and snacks while they check you in, instead of you standing and waiting by the desk. everything just make sense and they really go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued guest. their garden and japanese breakfast is some of the most unforgettable sights i’ve seen. i love this place and highly recommend anyone to experience this once in their life.

房間還是很舒適的，就是酒店的SPA是男女混用的，雖然有泳衣出借，但是還是覺得不太方便。另外這次去日本忘記帶信用卡，酒店房費因為預訂的時候已經付款過了，但是用餐等其他消費衹能用現金或銀行卡，不支持付款寶和微信不太方便。服務人員都很熱情周到，早餐不錯。

不錯的酒店，院子漂亮，房間OK，但房間不要選擇城景房，隔音不好，車噪音很吵。 服務很好，對小朋友熱情耐心，每次出門幫叫車，來回都很周到。 早餐可，晚餐用過意大利餐廳，也不錯 屬於再次去還會選擇的酒店，住着很舒服，服務比較貼心

現在我覺得比疫情之前來性價比要高的多的多。然後全世界去了這麼多目的地，感覺衹有日本是你來了之後還想再來的。體驗真的還不錯。

環境非常滿意服務非常滿意

很舒適。感覺輕鬆但友善的服務。餐點、泳池跟花園都很棒。

客房硬件設施很好，服務很到位，庭院很大拍照很出片。還有京都市區裏最棒的私湯體驗，很贊。趕上櫻花季價格1.3萬一晚，挺值的，搜了一下淡季衹要幾千起，下次淡季還會再來。

不愧是三井的宅邸，幽靜雅緻在市中心。前台服務很棒。負一樓的温泉也很到位，私湯是重點要體驗的項目。周邊吃的不多，在二條城對面。酒店中心花園佈景很棒

房間比想象小，乾淨衞生服務也好，代叫的士需要收¥2300元/次，有點難以接受，本來代客叫車是酒店份內工作，第一次碰到要收費

貼心的日式服務 不需要去前台辦理check in 不過沒有歡迎水果，有甜點巧克力 每天會送一片面膜或者脣膜之類的 退房的時候會幫忙叫好車 把行李搬至後備箱 那天小雨，好幾個工作人員打傘把我們送上車 沒有遇到中文工作人員

酒店比想象中差了一截，地處居民區，整體環境與價格相差甚遠，服務無法與日本的五星級酒店相提並論，無論你提什麼意見酒店都是先懟回去，服務人員會告訴你在日本就是這樣的。吃早餐要先在外面排隊，到餐廳後再等40分鐘，因為上個咖啡要30分鐘。順便説一下怕軟床的人千萬不要訂這家酒店，第一次住酒店鋪毛毯睡到地板上，花1萬元睡地板的滋味真不好受。第一次給商家寫差評，實在是不想大家有同等待遇。
