Nice resort nested away from the main
Hotel , lesser rooms thus more quiet . Sumptuous breakfast included that made the stay value for money . Very friendly house keeping and restaurants servers , highly recommended if you prefer

Stayed there for 3 nights.
Good:
-it provides swimming pool and snooker for free
-the room is clean
-service is good with helpful and nice staffs
-provided a variety of excursions such as snorkeling, sand-banking, night fishing
-buffet breakfast is included in our package
-only around HKD450 per room per night
-provides shampoo and shower gel
Bad:
-bad sound proofing quality

There s some kind of inconvenience during our stay in this hotel. the staff was good..but the facilities here is on renovation progress...we need to move to other Kanii hotel to have a breakfast which is quite inconvenient in my thought.

還可以，期盼值不要太高，做過度酒店不錯。早餐是到他們另一家吃的，環境不錯的。餐食也還可以，西式早餐。馬富士就是要出海！房間本來就待得時間不長。就當作來感受一下當地的文化。

No contact with the hotel, very long response to e-mails (several days) despite paying the airport transfer fee, I had to look for a connection on my own. The photos in the offer do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are provided in another facility approximately 300m away. The meals are the same every day. There is no clothes dryer in the room, high humidity makes it impossible to dry wet swimsuits.

Great price for the hotel. We did have to walk to Kaani Palm for breakfast and dinner, probably because of low season.

We were upgraded to Kaani Palm - given renovations of Village & Spa. Very friendly staff, high service levels and great dining opportunities.
Would recommend this hotel (and swimmingpool - infinity) to everybody.

Hotel does not serve breakfast as advertised you have to go to Kaani Palm hotel which is a short walk away but there is a lot of building work going on outside the hotel and some renovation inside. Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard. The staff in the Palm restaurant were very friendly. My big complaint was the organisation at reception for boat trips and transfers. For some of the trips the boats were overcrowded and led to long delays leaving 90mins + late. The worst was the boat transfer back to the airport. We had booked and paid for our return trip and confirmed departure time only to be told 5mins before scheduled departure that the boat would not leave for another 2 hours. What made it worse was the receptionist then said that he had not told me the departure time which was the worst thing. Soon after my request to speak to the manager about the matter another boat was found for us !!!. It was very unprofessional the way it was dealt with.

I stayed there with entire family, 4 rooms 8 people, sewer smell in two rooms, AC not working in 2 rooms, hotel under renovation and have pictures. dirty and bad customer services, will not accept MVR, only accept. dollar with bad exchange rate.

It was my husband’s birthday on 2nd of December and the whole F&B staff of Kaani Palm beach during breakfast helped me surprise my husband with a cake and celebrations and my husband was very happy because of such a sweet gesture. We would also like to appreciate Ms. Kadek from F&B in Kaani Palm beach, she’s extremely courteous and sweet and never stops smiling, she always has a pleasant smile throughout and takes care of her customers so well. Very down to earth lady, we wish her all the best for future endeavours. Keep up with your work Kadek! You are amazing!

Old building, smell bad … worst part was i had cockroach and flies in the room. The hotel looks really nice but in reality its very old with low maintenance. The room is really old with old wood smell. AC was cranking all night. In the toilet and shower i have a cockroach family and flies :( I had a swimsuit but i dare not to jump into the pool. Definitely doesn’t look clean. Breakfast wasn’t served here, its served at other Kaani hotel. Would prefered to stay in other Kaani hotel if the room wasnt fully booked out

I was upgraded to Kaani Pal Beach. The hotel is good, well located and with very good client service. The positive things:
- The location
- The price-quality relationship
- The view from the pool
- The waiters' service in restaurant
- The positive attitude of cleaning people
- The very professional service for tourist packages
The negative issues:
- Just one elevator shared with service people and clients.
- Exchange rate for payments in Rufiyaas is 17 instead of bank rate of 15.4
- There are a lot of flys in the restaurant
- There is not a game room or outdoor court to play something

Wij bleven 4 nachten in Kaani Village & Spa. We hadden een familiekamer zonder uitzicht en zonder buitenruimte. De kamer was wel lekker ruim en schoon. Er liggen handdoeken voor het strand. Verschonen ze iedere dag. Flesjes water worden iedere dag neergezet. Toch zou ik dit niemand aanraden. Er wordt overal gebouwd dus je zit continu in de herrie. Dat begint om half 8 in de ochtend met o.a. een drilboor. Geklaagd bij de receptie omdat mijn zoon hele erge hoofdpijn had. Daar werd niets meegedaan. Ze zeiden zelfs dat er al eerder geklaagd was. Voor het eten moet je naar een ander Kaani hotel. 5 minuutjes lopen. Het ontbijt is niet uitgebreid genoeg. Veel worstjes, rijst en dat soort dingen. Het enige wat ik nam was een omelet. We hadden half pension en het avondeten was wel iets beter. Ze zetten standaard een fles water op je tafel. Heel fijn! De medewerkers zijn aardig maar als je geen tourtjes bij ze afneemt (is elders veel goedkoper) dan ben je niet interessant. De Indonesische dame in het restaurant wil ik complimenten geven. Super lief, service gericht! Ik vond Maafushi een rommelig eiland. De locals negeren je en zitten niet op toeristen te wachten. Neem een ander eiland!
