The hotel was in good location Good service But need more staff on front desk to help And the elevator was very slow to respond

The hotel is very clean and there customer service is above and beyond they contacted my phone to ask if I needed anything there amenities are amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a get away or someone looking to treat there partner to a night out ⭐⭐⭐⭐

It is the worst for the price~ Service, interior cleaning (not good), no coffee or water provided, no shower gel~ There are no gowns and requests are not properly met~ Check-in waiting time is long~ Eat breakfast out~ Out of stock~ It feels like the hotel is not even a 3 star~
