We loved our stay here, as there wasn’t much else to do besides dine and swim at the hotel. The pools were great and the lifeguards at the beach were extremely helpful.

The rooms are clean and good. The restaurant options are not that good. They don’t serve food at the beach or have any snacks at the bar near the beach, where there’s entertainment at night. They only have drinks and no snacks, which they need to offer. Overall I like the hotel. It’s suitable for families and couples. The athmosphere is good. But the entertainment ends too early. However the security guards at the entrance need to be more quick. They waste your time with unnessecary check ups and it take too much time for them to let in the vehicle.

The hotel is clean , the service is nice , the swimming bool is good , but the restaurant there is expensive, and the security level is high , so sometimes we need to wait 10 minutes to enter hotel, because they checks the car one by one

Struttura molto bella, ma carente nei dettagli, sicuramente merita un rinnovamento (tavolini, sdraio, ombrelloni, ecc. vecchi). Camera non adatta ad un 5 stelle. Bagno vecchio con vasca e tendina di protezione; soffitto con macchie. Pulizia non ottimale, abbiamo trovato le lenzuola del letto macchiate. In estate suggerirei di chiudere le piscine non alle 18:30, ma almeno un'ora dopo.

For three nights in September 2024, we enjoyed the fabulous hotel premises overlooking the Dead Sea at a bargain price. The facilities such as pools, restaurants, the grand interior decor of the main entrance hall is out of this world. So is the music and places for kids to happily frolic were all amazing and plentiful. Overall it’s a sprawling and spectacular hotel with beautiful panoramic views. The breakfast, lunches and dinners were wholesome with a wide variety with menu changes everyday. We particularly enjoyed super omlettes and falafels and not to forget the desert section with a wide display of sweets! The Falafel King, Chef Ibrahim Othman and the young handsome Omlette Prince, Abdal Brahman Al massau gave tips on making the best falafel and we found the Omlette the best in Jordan during our 2 weeks stay in Jordan . All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had an amazing sea view and was kept very clean!

The adult pool is amazing, hamza and ghassan really helped us with the pool service and we enjoyed their company. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The dining options at the hotel were diverse, and every meal was a delight. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh and delicious items, from local specialties to international favorites. The quality of the food was consistently high, and the flavors were outstanding. Whether it was a light snack by the pool or a more formal dinner, the culinary experience was top-notch. The staff at the Crowne Plaza Dead Sea were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The spa facilities were also exceptional, providing a truly rejuvenating experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Dead Sea for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Whether you're there to float in the Dead Sea, unwind by the pool, or indulge in delicious food, this hotel has it all.
