"its far from the metro. when u walk there all hot and sweaty the room aircon is 30 over degree. sleeping in a coffin like room with most air circulation. people have no where to hang their cloths they just throw all over the room. went down to tell the staff its too hot, the staff say there are heatwave, economical reason they cannot reduce the aircon lower. then there are these rod infront of the bed where serve no purpose other than making it very difficult to climb in and out. Plus the locker is metal, people banging when taking things in and out. The whole night in a hot and stuffy, smelly and noisy coffin bed. i booked 2 night and wanted to cancel the 2nd night, they refuse. I left anyway. Save yourself the hassle, spend a few dollars more and get a better place to rest"

"The check-in went smoothly until the receptionist told us that we had requested a non-AC room (with the AC to be disconnected during our stay), supposedly based on a note from Trip.com. I told the receptionist that I definitely did not make such a request—especially not in the middle of summer—and asked to see the note from Trip.com. They couldn’t show me the note and instead claimed that, since I was now denying the request, the note had already been removed. We were checked into a non-AC room, and the hotel promised to send a technician to reboot the AC. That never happened. Eventually, we were moved to another room where the AC was already functioning. The whole situation felt suspicious. It seemed like the receptionist was trying their luck by placing us in a non-AC room. What’s even more ironic is that the new room had a welcome note addressed to me, while the non-AC room was completely bare, with no such note. We definitely won’t be coming back. The hotel staff came across as insincere and pretentious."
