"I've been going there for over a year whenever I'm in Lyon, but this time we stayed for a week. I didn't like it. First of all, there were hairs and fur on the dishes, and the same in the fridge. It disgusted me, and I had to buy cleaning products myself. I put up a sign asking them to come and clean the room, but no one came. As for the cleaning staff, I know the job; my mother is a cleaner. Some of them, when you ask them to change the towels, send you back to reception, while others give them to you. There were even hairs under the sheets. I'm really disappointed. I think there's been a lack of attention to detail. It wasn't like this at the beginning. It really needs to be addressed. What a shame. The reception was okay."
