I had a reunion at CTC Royal Marines. Stayed here as it was only a mile away. Best B&B I have stayed in. Hosts very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent . It is set back from the road, so was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Booked for one night as attending a local venue passing out ceremony. We stayed in the beautiful and comfortable Devonshire room which was clean and spacious. Every need was met from arrival to our early departure the following day. The welcoming tea, coffee and cake with Den set the scene for our stay and an early continental breakfast was provided as a cooked alternative was not offered owing to our early departure. We recommend this B&B and would have no hesitation in staying here again if an occasion arose.

Such a beautiful and comfortable room in a great location and the breakfast was wonderful. Den was a perfect host and made us feel very welcome. The room was quiet and very large with a comfortable settee and a pleasant aspect. Everything was spotless and the bathroom looked brand new.

Den greeted us warmly on arrival with a cup of tea and a slice of home made lemon drizzle cake. The bedroom and house are immaculate. The large bed with superb fresh linen sheets and pillows were everything and more that you could expect for a good nights sleep. The comprehensive breakfast was cooked to order and really set you up for the day. Den and Jules should be proud of their B&B, it really is excellent. We would thoroughly recommend.

We were very nicely surprised by this lovely house, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Den was very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was preordered the night before, with a great choice. Food was fresh and tasty. We will visit again.

An extremely pleasant stay, welcomed by Den with tea and cake. Breakfast pre-order which may not suit some people, but extremely tasty and good variety. Lovely Accommodation very clean and spacious. Bed comfortable. Plenty of on-site parking.

Very nice place, spotless accommodation with very good facilities, plenty of parking available on-site. We had a cup of tea and cake on arrival and although needed an early breakfast this was all arranged the day before. Very quiet, we had a great nights sleep.

What a fabulous place to stay! Our room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed for a great nights sleep, a perfect en-suite and the breakfasts were superb. We had a great welcome from Den . The decor is really lovely and there was a peaceful atmosphere. It is set in beautiful grounds with a pretty view.
