I wasnt aware, that in the Luzernerhof Annex wasn't in the luzernerhof, and closer to the crowded and noisy Löwenplatz. and also had to leave a depot for my key.
Also that i had to share toilet and shower was not expected . Maybe nexttime i should read better the descirptions of the place.

Unclear was that our room was actually in a building a quick block north. But front desk staff escorted us directly to our room. The room was very spacious, beds cozy, ample plugs. Bathroom/Shower were common but the building so quiet we encountered nobody else.
Great location to everything. 100% would stay again.

The hotel itself was okay, but i was in an outer building and couldn't find it the next time i went out. No room service no kettle to make a coffee. Rather isolated

Hôtel de dernier recours si vous êtes vraiment mal pris et qu’il n’y a nul part d’autres où aller. Premièrement, on nous envoie dans un autre bâtiment, dans un quartier très bruyant et malpropre. Il n’y avait pas de serviettes pour se doucher, le téléphone pour appeler la réception ne fonctionnait pas. On m’a parlé d’un dédommagement que je n’ai jamais eu. En tout cas, c’est rare que j’ai d’aussi mauvaise expérience, peut-être que j’ai juste été mal chanceux.

The Annex does not have phone service to call front desk, no wifi, and no heater it was so cold. They kept on telling me that i have the only one who has problem. But if i am at the lobby of the main hotel i have internet service.
