Lovely hotel with everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is on a busy and loud strip, so there is constant noise, especially if you open the window. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Location was superb as it was just right in the city centre. However, the disadvantage was that it tends to get abit noisy as people walk around the talk even in the middle of the night and the worst is if you don’t smoke there’s second hand smoke all the time. If you’re ok with second hand smoke and some noise, it’s really a convenient hotel to stay.

Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

The stay was very nice and very spacious. Near the train station and chapel Bridge.

Nice convenient hotel

The room was arranged on the first floor. Because it is close to the lake, it has a musty smell. It is a bit noisy when the window is opened. However, the service staff allowed us to check in early, which is very humane. The location is in the center of the old town of Lucerne, and it takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the train station. It is still cost-effective.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, very quiet and the scenery is excellent. The service staff is enthusiastic and the facilities are complete and advanced. The experience is very satisfactory and it is very convenient to go anywhere in the old town.

It's more than 10 minutes' walk from the train station. In the old town, there are water towers, flower bridges and restaurants. It's very convenient to go to Mount Rigi and other attractions. The environment is good, the front desk service attitude is good, and the breakfast is good

The service and environment are pretty good and the transportation is convenient. recommend. Remember to bring a Swiss converter as it is different from the EU one. Later it was rented at the front desk. There are many shops just outside the door.

Laga is great - but the hotel is very old
