It’s very clean

All good! It's clean, guests are very sociable and kind. The central position in extremely convenient, being close to all the important places in Lund. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds are confortable and the personal space in pods is enough.

I went to spend a weekend and my stayed in this hotel was great. The services are perfect to spend few days on this beautiful city. The common area is wide, the bathrooms very clean, the self check-in/check-out instructions very clear, also the localization is amazing, very close to everything.

Nice, fresh and cozy. Well located in the city center of Lund and easy to travel with the railway station just two minutes walk from the hostel. Really good accommodation for a conference with opportunities to cook together and spend time with each other in the kitchen areas.

Winstrup, the manager, is nothing short of exceptional. His dedication to the job and his unwavering commi**ent to providing top-notch service make him a true asset to the hostel. From my experience and interactions, it is clear that he takes his role seriously and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that guests feel comfortable and welcome. Winstrup's management style exudes professionalism and genuine care for the well-being of those under his care, making every stay at the establishment a memorable and enjoyable experience. The dedicated staff members at this establishment are nothing short of remarkable. Their commi**ent to excellence in service is evident in every interaction. Whether it is the housekeeping, their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to meet guests' needs is commendable. Their friendly demeanor, efficiency, and their ability to anticipate and address guest needs reflect a level of professionalism that is rarely seen.

There was a customer who came back 5 am and made noise until 6 am while singing and laughing to themselves. I complained about this and was told I might get a chance to move bed (but no confirmation). I needed to sleep so I checked out in the evening and let them know and asked for refund for the last night that I paid for but don't use. They just replied they already relocated her (without letting me know). End result is I paid full price: 1st night slept ok 2nd night awake 5-6:30 because of alcoholic woman 3rd night skipped because I was not told she was relocated I don't recommend this kind of service. If it would be my business I would give a refund if last night is spent somewhere else (or at least inform the woman is relocated).

It was a very clean and nice experience. Everything was filled (toilettpaper etc) and clean. It was a nice vibe and I felt very safe. I found everything and the information with the text and email made the visit easy!

Very bad sleep. Beds are very noisy (specially the top one). Electrical plug above head whistling to a high pitch. Door of the floor toilets too noisy/close of bedrooms. Cannot tilt the window open on the ground floor (so basically have to keep window closed all night). Window in inner-court where noisy glass collection occurs early in the morning. Have better sleep in night trains than in this hostel

The hostel was very cosy and clean. The beds with curtains and small bed lamps provide sufficient privacy, and it was a place if good rest. Bathrooms were clean and comfy. The kitchen privided all you need and was well arranged. Lounge was also cosy and comfortable.Locatoion in Lund was great, and the place had good vibes. I highly recommend.stay at Winstrup Hostel. .
