稍有失望，Scandic這麼大的連鎖品牌前台服務不太專業，第一天給了invoice地址，第二天退房的時候拿到的仍然是錯的，並反覆修改好幾遍。
早餐一般，選擇有限

The location is perfectly located close to buss connections to every part of the city. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious with many choice of breakfast foods. Overall I am satisfied.

This hotel was our only option and we were soon happy that this hotel had room for us. We wanted to look for a hotel last minute, but were still driving around at 11 p.m., as all campsites and hotels were full or closed. Scandic Lulea offered us a room without windows, but gave us a more expensive room for the price of the cheaper room. We were very happy with that, thank you again. The breakfast was fantastic. We sat here for a long time and really enjoyed it. The restaurant was also unprecedentedly large, I have never seen a hotel breakfast restaurant this large myself. The food was of high quality and I was sad we needed to leave when breakfast was over. The rooms were also of high quality and were very comfortable. The shower did not get warm at first, but after 2 minutes of nonstop cold water, it finally got warm. Really a fantastic experience to be able to sleep here and I can't wait to book a Scandic hotel again someday. See you soon!

This is one of the best Scandic hotels in Sweden and I strongly recommend you to stay here. The best bed ever and the blanket and pillow was soft and perfect. The only thing I have to lift is that it is a little bit from the city but then they also have public transport nearby.

Good parking, Clean and tidy hotel. Breakfast is diversified and has a good variety of everything. Shops and gas stations nearby. Close to Luleå senter but still quiet and gives you a chance to carge your batteries when travelling.

A comfy and beautiful hotell with a nice gym, good equipments and a very good breakfast with many choices + gluten free bread. Did not have time to visit the pool or sauna but it looked great. They had a bar and the dinner was really nice and tasteful.

Very Nice place to stay, friendly staff workers open and helpful. It was 4 good days at Hotel :) Room was very clien, big shower, comfortable bed, easy to Use Tv and internet. A lot posibilities to Get to sentrum, close to gorceries, or other dining places. Easy to found.
