It was a perfect stay with nothing amiss. The apartment had everything that was said in the advertisement. The front desk was very friendly and provided me with extra frying pans when asked. The kids television had a technical issue which got solved asap.

Nice outdoor area with a great pool and lounge chairs and tables with chairs. Everything equipped with umbrellas. On foot in about 15-20 minutes in Lugano at the train station or center. Shops can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. woman Abba very nice pers

We were very satisfied and would come back anytime. The staff was very friendly, the cleanliness was great, the location of the accommodation was very good, as you can be in Lugano by car within a very short time.
