One of the terrible experiences i had, i would count this as the topmost. I requested them to provide water, they did not bring it. I called them twice for this. I requested for an early check-in, they charged me a whopping 1000 rupees without any payment bills. The staffs f aught among themselves for work related tasks. Terrible.

Rooms are ok, but service is pathetic. Room ammenities are not good like tv screen is so small and remotes are not working properly. Bathroom size is small. . Overall interior and lights are average.

The hospitality was very bad. I got stuck in the lift for a good 4-5 minutes with no power back up. And there is no power backup. I had suffocation and was almost about to faint. When there is no power back up then the hotel should not have rooms above ground floor. Staff is too slow and even people sitting at reception charged me rs 500 extra for early check in despite the rooms being vacant.
