"Booked through Agoda, the hotel dishonored my reservation, causing a miserable experience. Despite confirming in person a day prior, the reception denied any booking, leaving me stranded at 6 am. Despite showing them the confirmation for early checkin, they callously dismissed my situation. Agoda, was contacted at 7 am, was unable to resolve and issued a refund. Completely unprofessional. They say AGODA DOESNT GIVE BOOKING GUARANTEE EVEN ON PRE PAID BOOKINGS. Disappointed with the hotel's disregard for confirmed reservations and Agoda's inability to rectify the situation promptly. Agoda's hourly stay is a FRUAD And this hotel has a major disconnect between the owner and reception. Taxi services are poor."
