Ulasan Renaissance Lucknow Hotel

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service demanded. It's a place worth coming again...

Hotel is exceptionally good. The view from the room is also very good.

Everything is great except the staff at reception.they r not welcoming and rude .they dnt understand the value of customer…they need to change their attitude towards customer.

This property is ok not so good not so bad.

I have been a regular guest in this hotel for 6 yrs and I have always loved this hotel for a reason. Their service, their gestures.... overall experience I would say is 'Home Away from Home'. Stayed for 2½ months n never once made me feel that I am on a work trip. Keeping in their Mind (detail about me) Whenever i come back from work tired and exhausted, I would always find my room neatly organised with all the amenities replaced, cool beverages and food waiting for me and most importantly the host (**overall staffs,cant mention a particular name as all of them were so Amazing in what they do**) waiting with that genuine smile on their faces. My children joined forces me and they took care of everything required by my kids looking into their safety first. I chose the right place when I located in Lucknow. All thanks to the entire team Am sharing some good moments (photos)captured as words are less to express.... With heavy heart I have checked out from the Hotel.... but with me am carrying their love and memories.. ❤️

It was amazing food experience every thing was perfect thank u Rana and saksam for ur hot welcoming and perfect service I feel like am one of the team and the food was so delicious and clean and every thing was organized well and the variety of the food was excellent

Renaissance Lucknow is a great place to stay in lucknow. Resons: Excellent rooms- neat and clean to the core. Excellent service- staff is courteous and delivers beyond expectations Food- awesome Special mention: Umar at Skybar is just an awesome person at this property. He serves you with the best of services and moreover he is just so calm even when he is pressed with loads of work and orders. I thank him for his unmatched service during my stay at this property

Went with my husband a little toddler. Experienced 5 star dining with awesome of view and very cooperative and attentive staff. Special mention to Mr Umar, our server for the day who paid attention to our 2 year old and got her French fries and little pastries even before we could have requested it of him. The vegetarian section was even better than the non veg and the stuffed eggplant was better than anything I’ve ever tasted before. 5 star all in all

Salman was very polite , humble and soft spoken.His room cleaning was so perfect that I was awestruck by his dedication and discipline towards his work.The ambience of the hotel was good and the View was excellent . He guided me about the places i can visit in Lucknow and where i can get the amazing Delicacies.I thoroughly enjoyed my Stay .

It was really impressive....Special care take by Saifan, cleanliness was too good, as staff is very courteous, restaurant is nice food is delicious and vast variety was impressive, really nice experience will recommend and visit again...
