Ulasan Lying Cloud Hotel

Begitu hotel memasuki kolam renang, meja depan sangat nyaman dan terasa seperti musim panas. Pelayanan meja depan juga sangat baik. Ada penyewaan mobil di pintu hotel. Hal ini juga sangat nyaman. Hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki dari pasar malam.

Hotel kecil yang bagus, di lokasi yang bagus dekat Kuil dan pasar malam wisata utama Xbanna., yang benar-benar patut dikunjungi! Staf yang sangat ramah dan membantu dan berpengetahuan. Kolam renangnya bagus dan menyenangkan dengan unicorn dan angsa hitam (baru)! Kolam renang bisa dilakukan dengan pembersihan, tetapi secara keseluruhan tempat yang bagus untuk menginap dan kamar ukuran yang bagus. Mesin air gratis. Sarapan yang baik, namun, tidak ada kopi, tetapi 50 meter dari hotel, di luar pintu di sebelah kiri adalah tempat Kopi Thailand yang menyajikan Espresso yang enak!

We had a great stay at the lying cloud. The hosts were very kind, the bed is comfortable, the water hot, and the hotel is really close to everything in the city. We liked the breakfast. We slept great. Had a nice time

We could not say enough nice things about this hotel. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing 10 days which was just what was required after a busy semester at work. The two young ladies and one young man at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind (I only know two of their names, Xiao Luo and Xiao Xiang). They were not over bearing and in our faces ever. They were able to help us with every request we asked for when we wanted or needed something. Having a language barrier was never a problem and they were so attentive to our needs via wechat. They were prepared to help with a driver to any sightseeing you wanted to do. There’s great restaurants and things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel too. The cleaning staff were very pleasant from the lady around the pool to the lady cleaning our room. Breakfast had two options, noodles or rice congee, it was always served with a great number of side dishes, more than enough choice from cereal, eggs, bread, as well as milk, a number of freshly prepared vegetables. Due to the great breakfast we rarely ate lunch. You just didn’t need to. We rescued a dog while in Xishuangbanna which the reception staff were really helpful with some of the things we needed to do with the dog! We have stayed in many hotels around the world and Lying Cloud was definitely a highlight. Great location, clean and modern room with good amenities, wonderful front desk staff, clean and well maintained pool and outdoor area at a very, very reasonable price. This hotel came recommended to us via a colleague and we would highly recommend it to other foreigners and Chinese friends too!

This was one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed at through all my travels. I stayed in the "cloud" room, the guestroom that looked like sleeping inside a cloud, and it was really nice and spacious. Cleaning crew were really nice and friendly, kept the room really clean. The bartender left to go see family, but the front desk staff was more than willing to step in and make drinks for my friend and I as we sat by the lovely pool.

I had read the previous reviews before booking and felt a little tentative based on what people had said about service. Well, Either those people are complete liars or the staff read those reviews and upped their game but they have done an amazing job here. I stayed for a week and a friend stayed in another room, for the price for the location, for the cleanliness, for the amenities, and for the kindness of the staff I will always always stay here when coming back to this area. Breakfast isn't a choice, but it's huge and delicious. Housekeeping will clean anytime of day you're out, and the staff was WONDERFUL, welcoming, accommodating and friendly. A beautiful place. I had the suite next to the elevator with a balcony to the busy street and had NO problems having a great night of sleep every night. If you're worried about noise they give you earplugs in the room, but I never needed them. Great products and a huge bath that filled up quickly with hot water. Easy walking distance to the night market and lots of food and shopping. Thank you for a great stay!

The location is fairly good, but the street in front is kinda busy and noisy. Also lots of construction is going on around it. It's clean on the surface, but the overall building quality is definitely problematic. Also if you look closer into the corners or the bathroom appliances, it's not really cleaned well. It goes on with stains on the sofa for example. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Our room had a colony of ants in it..., which became annoying. Elevator is another problem. We had a room right next to the elevator and you can hear it at night and in the morning operating. It is noisy in the room and while you're trying to sleep. The service... is a headache. They are kind and willing to help and try their best, but that's about it. Staff is poorly trained, if at all. You basically need to tell them what they should do. Not refilling the toilet paper for example. Breakfast.... "we don't have this, we don't have that" then you need to negotiate with them what they can serve you for breakfast. That was just annoying. 酒店分享｜是西雙版納！不是土耳其～ 這一次在西雙版納撿到寶了！ ❤️景洪雲頂度假酒店一進去彷彿置身於聖託里尼， 色彩斑斕，風格獨特， 簡直是拍照打卡的絕佳之地！📸 住在這裏簡直美滋滋！ 很喜歡這裏的網紅泳池， 有一種不一樣的異域風情， 而且五層樓八種不同房型， 聖託里尼套房、神隱洞穴大床房、阿斯加德套房…… 每一種都很獨特， ins的風格和色彩， 誰能説這裏不浪漫呢？ 酒店交通也很便利， 距西雙版納站僅需駕車7.8公里。🚗 日常到告莊星光夜市也很近， 玩了一天很累可以快速回酒店充電！ 酒店的服務我也很喜歡， 工作人員熱情周到， 晚上想去星光夜市不知道怎麼走還給我們熱情的指路， 不得不説是度假的好住處！ 趕緊來一場説走就走的旅行吧！🌴 🏨西雙版納景洪雲頂度假酒店 🚗距西雙版納站駕車7.8公里，約18分鐘 📍告莊西雙景景匡寨6-3

特別滿意這次定的酒店，位置離星光衹有幾分鐘，房間衞生乾淨，還有一個超美的泳池，小朋友每天都游泳，前台的小玉妹妹的服務特別熱情真誠，還幫我們切菠蘿，每天在前台休息都會幫我們倒水還送西瓜，特別滿意的一次體驗，值得推薦

第一次入住，朋友推薦過來的，本來打算住一晚換個酒店住，結果服務超好，環境也很漂亮，拍照很出片！吧枱小姐姐服務很好很熱情，果斷連續續住了兩晚。 必須點個贊，房間乾淨舒適，床很軟很舒服，房間採光不錯，安靜，早飯也很好吃～很豐富！ 離星光夜市很近，都很方便。 下次來西雙版納還會來的，值得推薦。^_^

環境:酒店環境可以，尤其是晚上感覺很適合拍照打卡。 服務態度:感覺小姐姐的服務態度都很好，每次進酒店還會熱情的打招呼～尤其是小香！ 食物:早餐挺豐富的，有粥或者米線套餐，我自己選的是米線。還有歡迎水果和免費飲料。
