Ulasan Atlantis Hotel Melbourne

Keuntungan terbesar dari hotel ini adalah lokasinya yang sangat strategis, terletak di dalam area trem gratis Melbourne, di seberang Stasiun Kereta Southern Cross, tempat halte bus bandara. Ada juga supermarket Coles dan kantor polisi di seberangnya. Terdapat halte trem tidak jauh dari sini, sehingga sangat nyaman untuk pergi kemana saja. Kekurangan: 1. Perlu bayar parkir yaitu 25 dollar Australia per malam; 2. Kamar berbau aneh, jendela tertutup rapat dan tidak bisa dibuka serta tidak bisa berventilasi 3. Sarapan hotel cukup standar .

Lokasi relatif nyaman, dekat dengan stasiun trem dan terminal Airport Express. Hotel ini memiliki tempat parkir sendiri dengan biaya AUD 25 sehari, dibayar saat check-in. Kamar hotel cukup besar tetapi cukup tua. Ketika saya memasuki kamar, saya mencium bau yang menyengat. Saya menghubungi meja depan dan diberitahu bahwa tidak ada kamar yang tersedia untuk diganti. Setelah perselisihan, saya diberitahu bahwa ruangan lain dapat diatur keesokan harinya. Sarapan di hotel relatif sederhana, hanya sereal yang direndam dalam susu dan jus telur. Great location next to the Southern Cross center with a railway, tram and bus connections. The hotel itself was ok, but they MAKE PHOTO OF YOUR CREDIT CARD what never happened to me when staying in any other hotel all around the world. Basically they have both side of your credit cards (reportedly for deposit) which can be used for any transaction that is totally unsecure and for example in my home country not allowed. The receptionist told me that is in line with their procedure and if I am not ok with it I can talk to their manager.... There is no information about this procedure in their description. Be mindful and better avoid this place for sake of your card security. Room was clean and ok, they have also swimming pool and small gym. The breakfast is absolutely disappointing, disgusting coffee and very limited choice of toast bread, jams, scrambled eggs, beans and oats. One of the worst hotel breakfast I have ever seen. We check out hungry and went for proper breakfast to bar nearby...

The best feature about Atlantis is its location. Coles Supermarket is just across the road from the hotel and is 5 minutes walk away. Walk out and turn right and you will see the bus stop for the free city tram just round the corner. It is near to many eateries and shops too. The hotel room is minimalist but suffices for a short stay.

Was an amazing stay would highly recommend, very central location and booked very last minute after a long drive they got me straight in and to a room.

Simple, fuss-free hotel at a great location - just a 5min walk away from Southern Cross Bus/Train Terminal and within the free tram zone. Staff were friendly and were able to accommodate to a 1hr late checkout to fit our outbound flight timing✅️ Would definitely recommend for a short stay. Only gripe I had was the lack of a towel rack in the bathroom and some rather unsightly stains on the toilet.

Location is perfect. A big thank you to the staff who allowed us to do early check in ☺️ The only issue we had was the noise of air conditioning in the room.

A very enjoyable stay in an excellent hotel. The reception, housekeeping, and breakfast service staff were very friendly and efficient, and the room was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, and very quiet. The location is also very good, being on the edge of the city centre and only a 5-minute walk from the Skybus airport bus service platforms, Southern Cross Station, and an outlet centre shopping mall. There’s also a Coles supermarket across the road. The continental breakfast was also very good value. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

I was so grateful for an early admission after 2 long harrowing flights. The hotel is conveniently situated across from the Southern Cross station where the Skybus arrives from the airport.

Atlantis hotel has one of the best rooms, location and view and it was well worth the price to stay here. The staff is helpful. I didn't have the time to explore their amenities, but judging from the rest of their space it should be good.

Hotel is very convenient and near to shopping centre . Room is bery clean and tiday .

location is very accessible to and from airport with great restaurants open till late at night within 10mins of walking
