But I would like to note that booking through this site is for Eastern Europe only, so the balance will paid in the hotel, this is happen with me because I didn’t knew that

The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. We met staff everywhere to ask about our needs. After learning that we had a flight at 9pm the next day, they extended our check-out to 4pm for free, and said that if we had enough time, we could stay for dinner. In addition to local Arabic cuisine, there are also Asian restaurants and E-DA restaurants to choose from, all free of charge. Overall, it is highly recommended! !

The hotel is a four or five star hotel. It is large and has all the necessary facilities. The hotel rooms have balconies. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not available like most hotels. Shower gel is available, but shampoo is not. The buffets for three meals a day are quite rich and complete, but the taste is a matter of personal preference. The hotel also has parties at night, which is quite exciting. The overall accommodation experience of the hotel is still good.

The hotel is great! The room is not big, but it has a balcony where you can watch the sunset. The staff are warm and polite. The hotel has 6 restaurants where you can eat at any time all day long. The food is rich and delicious! The hotel also has its own beach, which is really great!

If you tip, the waiters will be very attentive. Otherwise, it's a buffet. The food and drinks are OK, but don't expect too much. I stayed for two days and two nights and I think it's OK. If you stay for more than two days, you will get bored. The hotel hardware is quite old

The room is okay, the food is also good, the highlight is that there are so many Russian girls! In fact, this is not the reason for the hotel. Hurghada is a traditional holiday destination for Russian Ukrainians.

The hotel environment can be quite good.

My stay at Sindbad Hotel in Hurghada proved to be a delightful experience that exceeded expectations. Though a 4-star property, it rivals the quality and standards of any 5-star hotel I’ve visited in the area, with only minor differences such as smaller guest rooms and bathrooms and fewer complimentary toiletries. That said, these distinctions were negligible and did not detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay. I slept amazingly all week, something I don't manage when at home, very comfortable beds. One standout feature of the hotel is its aqua park. Despite being attached to the hotel, the layout ensures it feels like a separate entity, creating a distinct and lively atmosphere. Meanwhile, the quiet pool areas were tranquil and serene, offering a perfect escape for relaxation. The staff at Sindbad Hotel were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and ever willing to accommodate requests. When I needed a room change upon arrival due to location preferences, the reception team went above and beyond to assist me, seamlessly arranging the move the very next morning. The food was simply amazing. Unlike previous holidays in Egypt, where occasional bouts of “Egyptian belly” affected my experience, I faced no such issues here—a testament to the quality and care taken in their culinary offerings. To top it off, the drinks from the bar, including local spirits, were of a higher standard than what I’ve encountered at 5-star hotels in the region. I can confidently say I have no criticisms of the Sindbad Hotel and its wonderful team. It’s a place I would gladly return to, as it offers the perfect blend of comfort, quality, and exceptional service. Well done to everyone at Sindbad Hotel for creating such a remarkable experience!

Our holiday was great. The hotel was clean and stuff were very nice and friendly. Room service was great. Food was good and there were plenty of selection. The beach and pool areas were nice. There was also entertainment every night. Big recommend.

Been home a few days after another fab holiday at Sindbad Club This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and we’ve already booked to come back in November. We stayed in a deluxe room with a lovely view of the pool, our room was cleaned daily and beach towels changed without any problems. The hotel is great, nice and clean and the staff are so helpful and friendly, a real credit to the hotel. We are fussy eaters but found the food to be delicious and plenty of choice. The drinks are good as well especially the rose wine We always managed to get beds either at the wave pool or down at the beach on the pier. Absolutely no complaints from us and we are looking forward to returning

We came for our honeymoon, 7 nights (wished we’d booked longer!) transfer was really quick, at hotel within 15 mins. Reception staff lovely and a member of staff took our suitcases and showed us to our room. When we got to our room we wasn’t happy at all, we paid extra for a certain room and was given one of the outdated rooms. The fridge didn’t work (we wasn’t overally bothered about this) , some light switches were faulty and air con vent full of dust. The next morning we requested to be moved but the guy told us the room we paid for is the room we’ve got, I explained nicely we paid extra, it’s nothing like how it looks on the website & it’s our honeymoon (I even offered to pay extra to be upgraded) he wasn’t willing to do anything and was quite rude. We cannot fault all the other staff at the hotel, they’re what made our holiday! We mainly stayed at the wave pool as we found the sun to be better there. We did sometimes struggle to get a sun bed in the sun as people were getting up at around 5am to reserve beds. We absolutely loved the food, yes we both had an upset stomach for a day or so however we didn’t let it ruin our holiday. We went to the spa twice (haggle the price down!) it was lovely. The entertainment is absolutely brilliant. We were worried about the mosquitoes from other reviews as when we went away in October my Husband was eaten alive - HOWEVER, we didn’t see one mosquito. Our room was very clean and fresh bedding put on every day and clean towels. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. We only went to the al a carte (Italian) once as unless you were at the screens for around latest 8am, it was fully booked. It was nice and our waiter was lovely however wouldn’t say it was anything special. Overall we had an amazing holiday. The cleanest hotel abroad I’ve stayed in. We tipped in English pounds and staff were grateful. Thank you Sindbad for making our honeymoon one to remember!
