酒店人員都非常熱心，走哪都能遇到人員詢問我們的需求。得知我們隔天晚九的飛機後，免費給我們延遲退房到下午四點，還説時間夠的話可以繼續留下吃頓晚餐走❤️裏面的餐廳除了本地阿拉伯菜以外還有亞洲餐廳跟義大餐廳可選，都是免費的 總體來説非常推薦！！

酒店算四星還是五星吧，很大，該有的設施基本都有了，酒店房間有陽台。拖鞋，牙刷牙膏這些和大多數酒店一樣沒有，沐浴露有，但沒洗髮水。一日三餐的自助餐種類還算比較豐盛，品種比較齊全，至於口味就見仁見智了。酒店晚上還有派對，還是挺high的。酒店整體住宿體驗還是聽不錯的。

酒店棒極了!房間不算大，但是有陽台可以看見落日。員工熱情，有禮貌，酒店有6個餐廳，一天到晚隨時可以吃到東西，而且食物豐富，美味可口!酒店還有自己的沙灘，真的很棒!

給小費的話服務員會非常殷勤 不然就是自助 吃喝還行不過別太期待了 呆了兩天兩夜覺得還行 多了就會厭煩吧 酒店硬件挺舊的

房間還行，餐食也不錯，亮點在於俄羅斯妞特別多！其實這也不是酒店的原因，赫爾格達是俄羅斯烏克蘭人傳統的度假旅遊目的地。

The staff are amazing! Especially Kanka, nice to see a friendly face everyday! He is very funny and very kind! He made our holiday very enjoyable, along with all the other staff! We will visit again definitely, food and entertainment also very good! Great weather also this time of year.

The entire experience was seamless and deeply rejuvenating. A special shout-out to Yousef, whose professionalism and care made a world of difference — he truly deserves all the praise. Amazing value for money. Lovely pools. Nice food friendly staff and brilliant kids disco. Plenty of activities. Rooms spacious and clean. The waiters are always there helping find tables and bringing drinks to us. Would definitely come back.

The best service and best cleaners. So much to do and the food is lovely. Hotel is kept clean, the are large and varied. Service is always efficient and rooms cleaned daily to a great standard. We saw some dolphins at the beach and enjoyed our stay lots!

My stay at Sindbad Hotel in Hurghada proved to be a delightful experience that exceeded expectations. Though a 4-star property, it rivals the quality and standards of any 5-star hotel I’ve visited in the area, with only minor differences such as smaller guest rooms and bathrooms and fewer complimentary toiletries. That said, these distinctions were negligible and did not detract from the overall enjoyment of my stay. I slept amazingly all week, something I don't manage when at home, very comfortable beds. One standout feature of the hotel is its aqua park. Despite being attached to the hotel, the layout ensures it feels like a separate entity, creating a distinct and lively atmosphere. Meanwhile, the quiet pool areas were tranquil and serene, offering a perfect escape for relaxation. The staff at Sindbad Hotel were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and ever willing to accommodate requests. When I needed a room change upon arrival due to location preferences, the reception team went above and beyond to assist me, seamlessly arranging the move the very next morning. The food was simply amazing. Unlike previous holidays in Egypt, where occasional bouts of “Egyptian belly” affected my experience, I faced no such issues here—a testament to the quality and care taken in their culinary offerings. To top it off, the drinks from the bar, including local spirits, were of a higher standard than what I’ve encountered at 5-star hotels in the region. I can confidently say I have no criticisms of the Sindbad Hotel and its wonderful team. It’s a place I would gladly return to, as it offers the perfect blend of comfort, quality, and exceptional service. Well done to everyone at Sindbad Hotel for creating such a remarkable experience!

Our holiday was great. The hotel was clean and stuff were very nice and friendly. Room service was great. Food was good and there were plenty of selection. The beach and pool areas were nice. There was also entertainment every night. Big recommend.
