Our experience at Grand Palladium was absolutely fantastic! From March 1st to March 4th, we celebrated two birthdays, and Syrecka Tucker went above and beyond to ensure our celebrations were extraordinary. She decorated our rooms, arranged restaurant reservations, and made sure the restaurants were aware of the birthday celebrations. The highlight of our first night was at the Japanese restaurant, where Chef Rosselle wowed us with a spectacular presentation while cooking in front of us and joined in our celebration. By the beach, Melissa Noble was an exceptional bar lady who made our days even more enjoyable - she truly is the best! And at the seafood restaurant, Isha Green welcomed us with a song and infectious celebration spirit, making our dining experience unforgettable. Overall, our stay was flawless, and I can't wait to return!
