I had a great stay for three days thanks to the host's consideration and hospitality.

Room looked not finished, it had holes in the roof. Other rooms looked better. The very very bright lamp sometimes made a crackling sound and was flickering. Bed was just a steel frame with loose wooden planks on it. Matras was very worn out. It had holes and bumps in it. Not comfy at all, slept not good for 4 nights and have backpain now. Bedsheet was loose and had dirt on in. Blanket and pillows were comfy tho. The adress in the description lead us to wrong place and the name of the guesthouse was not in Google maps. We had to walk 30 min extra with our backpacks because of that. It was very noisy, owners talking loudly in the mornings and evenings. Had a big worm and big spider in the room. 30 min walk to the centre, but we could rent a nice electric scooter. Owner could not speak English but was friendly and we communicated good through Google translate. AC worked good and bathroom looked new. Hot water was just a little bit warmer than cold. Would not stay here again.

Very helpful landlord offering me a number of free rides and where-to-go tips. Very clean and everything was working, compared to similar class of accommodation, Highly recommended. The slightly away from the touristy location also allowed me to visit a temple and a food market not commonly discussed by tourists.

Really nice, clean, comfy room with hot water in the shower (given some patience) and cold A/C. It's quite far from attractions in Luang Prabang but that's ok if you want to burn some extra calories.

The room we had was very spacious! Comfortable bed and a nice bathroom! The shower was great too! 15/20min walk to the restaurants and bars so not to bad! Was slightly difficult to find on arrival as it’s not on google maps! But overall great stay! Thank you!

Lovely guest house, especially for the considerably cheap price! About 20 minutes walk from the centre of town. Staff were friendly and always asking to help and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

I had a very comfortable time in this place. What amazed me the most was the service provided by the host. He offered me a bigger room than the one I booked, then in the evening took me to the downtown and back by scooter (I didn’t want to walk in the dark on my first night), and in the morning he took me to a bike rental and helped to get the best deal. Very kind and friendly! The room was great, spacious and quiet, well-maintained and clean. I also could do my laundry for free, and dry my clothes at the backyard. The location is tad remote from the downtown but I preferred it this way, tranquil and more local. Also, there’s an amazing pizza place on the same street, you have to check it out! Wishing the best of luck to the owners!

血的教訓！避雷黑店！設施殘破、老闆訛詐、護照被扣！ 真心勸告所有來老撾旅遊的朋友，千萬不要選擇這家酒店！以下是本人親身踩雷的慘痛經歷，句句屬實： 1️⃣ **位置偏僻，設施宛如廢墟** 酒店藏在荒郊野外，周邊連便利店都沒有，叫車困難。房間連續多日無人打掃，毛巾有噁心黴味，連基本洗漱用品都不提供！洗澡水忽冷忽熱，晚上頻繁停電，彷佛在體驗“原始生存遊戲”。 2️⃣ **租車陷阱，老闆惡意訛詐** 最惡劣的是租電動車騙局！第一天租的車剛騎出門就故障，推車3公里自費修理；第二天上坡時變速器直接報廢，被困在荒山野嶺信號全無，求救無門！更誇張的是，老闆竟咬定“騎上坡導致損壞”，強迫我付款天價修理費150萬老撾幣（約500人民幣），否則扣留護照！爭執時態度無賴，完全拒絕溝通。 3️⃣ **黑心手段，人身安全無保障** 老闆明知車輛有問題仍出租，事後推卸責任，擺明是蓄意坑錢！扣護照行為已涉及威脅，若非急需證件，絕不會妥協！

設施：新開的，所以設備很新，不像其他家的要麼空調漏水，要麼廁所沖不了 衞生：很乾凈，住着很舒適 環境：去哪都方便 服務：老闆是中國大哥，人熱心，換錢，訂車都能幫忙解決

房間很乾凈，位置也挺好的，主要老闆太好了，按實時匯率幫我換錢，幫了我很多，省了很多麻煩，太感謝老闆了，是華人喲，大家放心預訂，這是我在老撾的家。不是託

在琅勃拉邦過路停留了兩天，麗楓客棧設施比較新，床品很乾凈，房間有兩個木質窗户早上打開很有氛圍感，離洋人街，皇宮，香通寺摩託幾分鐘能到達，最主要的是，中國老闆人特別好呀，給住客提供換錢，租車，叫車等服務，基本做到來住這裏，出行無憂，很好。

一來到這家酒店，我真的被驚艷到了，衞生條件很不錯，性價比超級高，老闆是中國年輕人非常熱情，提供了非常多的旅遊訊息。

在這裏住了四個晚上，入住體驗絕佳，老闆是中國人，人特別好，租車什麼的都直接帶着去。酒店房間乾淨整潔，裝修和用品全部都是新的，房間還有個小後院，十分舒適。

之前在萬象萬榮住過老撾人的酒店感覺還是國人的酒店溝通和房間設施更舒服，訂房當天發現的拉邦新開的民宿，很滿意的一次住宿體驗，老闆人超級奈斯很善良很熱情，幫忙換錢，我還和在民宿認識的朋友一起做飯住了幾天真的很開心，定的房間裏面有一張大床➕一張小床，親子出遊住這個房間挺好，房間很乾凈，床墊也很軟睡着很舒服，距離洋人街也就幾分鐘車程，民宿外面就是市場，可以看本地人佈施，避開了喧鬧出行又很方便，性價比還無敵！
