We had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were very clean and cosy. The staff from reception to restaurant were very helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel as the the location was great also. This was a very pleasant stay. Having stayed in other hotels this one was far the best in all departments.

This hotel offers the best service ever. The staffs are amazing. Rooms are very clean., location is perfect near the chapel. It’s very calm and easy to find. Food is good also. Restaurant is very clean And staffs are accommodating. Thank you again and again from Gecia formation group tour 2024.

That is s very good hotel and the staff are very friendly ! The Portuguese and the Italian guys are very helpful . I really enjoyed it!that is very magic city you have to have this experience. Go to Lourdes and stay in this Helgon hotel and you will miss

The room and the toilet was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good for the money. It had a very spacious lobby. The reception staffs were extremely helpful in suggesting places to visit and to take local transport. Th restaurants staffs served us with a smile in face.

Beautiful hotel, extremely comfortable. Wonderful staff, very helpful. Location perfect to the churches, grotto and baths, about 10 minutes. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around. Hotel organised taxi to and from airport.

We had a wonderful stay the Hotel, we had be traveling so much and it was so nice to relax at a comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good location for food and the sights. Very easy to walk to the shrine from here. Breakfast was nice and room service great. Our room had a tough time getting wifi, but we were there for prayer purposes and wifi usually detracts from that. Thanks so much.

This hotel was amazing. We were in Lourdes with HCPT. The rooms were comfortable and the food outstanding. The children loved it. The staff were very accommodating,. A friendly hotel. Close to everything . Will definitely be back.
