Ulasan Greenleaf Hotel Long Beach Convention Center

The Hotel added a $25 service fee for each day booked. They did this upon check-in. This was not mentioned in the booking information for this hotel. The booking fees are not refundable, and they reminded me of this fact. So you have the choice of losing the total paid for the booking, or pay the service fee for each day. So the pricing driving you to make the choice to book this hotel is now higher by $25 per night. Trip.com paid the service fee due to the bate and switch that the hotel pulled on me. The room was very small, but it was clean. The hotel is under construction, so the floor is plywood in the hallway. There is no parking available. What ever you can find on a very busy Lime street. I cannot recommend this hotel for the reasons given above.

+$25 Hidden Fee********Hidden Fees********$25+ The midnight check-in guy was friendly and helpful, and disclosed their $25 "Service Fee" which states $20 on their sign pictured here and then itemized $22+tax on my receipt; the front desk manager was arrogantly defensive and unhelpful telling me to call ******* when questioned upon check-out and failed to find their fine print on my Trip.com receipts that clearly state all taxes and fees are included in the stated total, bad business practices.

爛爛爛，空調不行，不能退訂，2星的酒店怎麼好意思要這種價格的。

離海邊很近，居然用鑰匙開門，好久沒見到了。都挺不錯滴，前台小姐姐挺好看，讓給個好評，那必須給了哈哈哈

酒店不大，就2層有點像國內的公寓酒店，乾淨還是可以的，衹是還要額外收管理費25刀

It’s such a beautiful unique establishment. Clean and great personnel. Just keep in mind that parking is $20 cash for the parking garage that is a block away and no more than 2 people per room. The TVs are updated and the bedding is soft and plush.

The staff was extremely friendly. The surrounding area was sketchy. There was loud yelling outside my window two nights straight from pedestrians arguing. Also, there was a a towel hanging up in my bathroom when I first arrived that had been used… I understand they are working to build their hotel brand. I am empathetic & hopeful they could get it on track. The renovations are going to be nice.

Staff is super nice and are always helpful, will fix any inconvenience right away, rooms are super clean and comfy, enjoyed my stay, will book again for sure

nice hotel, with good and nice rooms, a bit easy to hear what goes on in the hall and rooms next door. but not a big problem as it is in a fairly silent area. had a 5 days stay, and super friendly personal and cleaning every single day. Nice. Easy to get a 2-weel drive to get around the city. max 10 min walk to the convention center. parking is possible on the street or streets around.

Location in downtown Long Beach was very convenient. The size of the room was a bit disappointing - based on the description on ******* and other sites I expected a larger room. The service was very good and courteous.

If you’re driving a truck THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY!!! They claimed they have parking for an additional fee so we book the hotel. Once we arrived they told us the truck was too big to park in the lot. But refused to give us a refund and told us we needed to find somewhere to park the truck with no help whatsoever. Also we tried our luck with the off street parking where they charge $20 for parking but we were told by the parking lot attendant the parking is already covered by the hotel fees… although we couldn’t park there just shows how shady they are!!! Do not recommend

We appreciated the text message prior to arrival as well upon entering the room we found everything clean and tidy. Of course there are a few things you’ll finish with the renovations but it was truly a treat to relax in such a nicely appointed upgrades, nice soaking tub and comfortable bed. We could tell they were freshly laundered as well nice quality bath towels. We did not expect such accommodations at the price we paid, thank you!
