Tidak bagus sama sekali, kami punya serangga di kamar kami.

Pelayanan bagus lokasi bagus lingkungan bagus bersih dan mudah diakses

Lokasi hotel ini sempurna dan memiliki fasilitas yang bagus tapi itu saja. Kamar pertama kami berbau seperti rokok dan jamur, kami dipindahkan ke ruangan lain yang tidak memiliki AC. Kami akhirnya mendapat kamar yang layak saat kami pindah ke kamar ketiga. Pelayan membutuhkan waktu lama, kami tidak pernah menunggu kurang dari 15 menit untuk mendapatkan atau menurunkan mobil kami. Room was spacious with balcony and a small storage room for luggage/clothes next to the bathroom, which was very convenient. Free shuttle available for within 1 ot 2km (can't recall exact). The biggest issue on my trip was the spoilt light near my door entrance and the plug nearby was spoilt too hence there was no lights at that part of the room and too dark to work at the desk with only a small table light. The technician promised to change the next day but no action was taken for the 5 nights I was there. Temperature control wasn't working properly too and no matter how I tried to adjust the temperature upwards, it just didn't go up and room was rather cold.

Enjoyed the shuttle very much. Happy to find a breakfast sandwich and coffee downstairs that was affordable

Nice hotel and wonderful service

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I find its location quite convenient. Located right off the 710, it provides easy access to various parts of Los Angeles County. The attached garage is a significant advantage, particularly considering the prevalence of car vandalism in Long Beach. While the rooms lack a touch of luxury, they offer a decent accommodation experience with firm beds. The bathrooms show a hint of age, yet nothing too dramatic. The lobby provides complimentary food and drinks, enhancing the overall experience. In summary, the hotel serves its purpose effectively. I plan to consider it again for my next visit to Long Beach.

房間不錯，乾淨明亮衞生

中國人非友好酒店，家庭親子非友好酒店，還有很大的種族歧視嫌疑，不安全。部分酒店員工，根本就不是為了服務客户的，而是處理工作而已。下午四點才能入住，我們到的早，帶着孩子在大堂等了三四個小時，四點開始排隊辦理入住，快四點半了才排到，排到後説房間已經打掃乾淨了，但是還要等通知才能拿到房卡，又等了十幾分鍾，找到大堂經理了才拿出來房卡給我們，這中間我們質疑為什麼要等這麼久，大堂經理説這不是他們工作人員的錯誤，所有客人都在等…完全沒有服務意識，沒有安撫，沒有照顧孩子（我們孩子5歲半），還讓我們小點聲，感覺會有種會隨時被保安拉走的危險…國人們千萬勿踩坑。

酒店比較安靜，周邊環境還不錯。缺點是稍微比較舊，距離downtown比較遠，走路至少10-15分鐘才會到有商店的地方。
