Nice small hotel, albeit with no facilities beyond a room on site.
Staff were very friendly, and the reception desk was always manned with a smile and a friendly hello.
My room was a double on the lower ground floor, clean and freshly presented.
Overall a nice hotel if you just need somewhere to rest your head.
Pillows and mattress were a little soft for mown taste, but I am fussy

Lovely warm, clean hotel, we stayed in the little annexe My Granddaughter loved it. Very quiet area with friendly, helpful staff.

I did not think to ask about a refrigerator / ice. This property did not supply them, consequently my medication was not refrigerated. Overall, very helpful staff. Also, in cold months, ask for instructions on how to use the heating system. The bathroom was VERY tiny. Overall, a good experience.

Well Impressed with room, hot shower clean towels every day, tea coffee facilities. Bed really comfortable just what you need after a long day out walking and shopping . Would highly recommend. Will book again in the future. I have stayed in Pimlico now for many years and this is the best hotel I have stayed in thank you for a pleasant stay.

Room was tiny, no desk or chairs could not open door with out moving suitcase. Had to open door and then try open fire door before leaving the room. (Ie Borge had be open at the same time). All other fire doors I saw were left open. Laundry bags blocking staircase.

Was left without air conditioning for 2 days. The space is super small… luggage will barely fit in the room with 2 people inside.
