Park Lane Apartments Shaw House

Terrible. False advertising. Do not book! The "agent" is well aware of what they are doing. They take the booking and refuse to engage in any discussion when we questioned the validity of the advert verses the reality of a very shabby apartment. We rang and texted and emailed and were totally ignored. Do not fall for this scam.

My stay at Park Lane Apartments was truly amazing! The location is perfect, close to everything in London, making it incredibly easy to get around. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, providing all the comfort I needed and making me feel right at home. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional staff, especially Jeremiah. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay with a fantastic location and outstanding staff, Park Lane Apartments is the perfect choice! I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to London.

Shaw House was perfect accommodating our family! The management was superb! The location was excellent… Anything one needs is nearby, from great coffee to top restaurants. It is a warm and cozy home away from home. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

it was a delighted and comfortable stay with my family, we enjoyed the apartment and everything is well organised and well cleaned. Full amenities and great customer service who were very helpful and engaging. Looking forward to come again soon

These have multiple (and good) locations but conditions of apartments are downright bad - we’ve had hot water and heating only every other day; there was a noisy 5 day a week hallway remodel ongoing during our stay (that no one bothered to tell us about!), carpets are stained and furniture is ran down; there was no daily service or newspaper though their manual clearly states that. TV wasn’t working on the 1st day. Absolutely not worth the money - find other accommodations!!!

Missold us a two person apartment when we paid for four. Deliberately ignored our phone calls. And we showed up with five in the first place, so the person showing us to the room clearly knew what he was doing! Disgusting company.
