小而温馨，服務和善，有一種小家的感覺。樓比較老，衞生和設施也算過得去。有一部英國老式電梯，很有感覺！
外面馬路上垃圾不少，英國人也沒那麼講衞生哈

Superb location and appropriate value for what you pay. It’s obviously not a 5* but perfectly acceptable for what I paid for a night, when I just needed somewhere to have a few hours sleep after a night out. Will happily use again.

Nicely situated hotel, nice and nicely priced room, friendly staff. Very good value free breakfast with nice coffee - available 24/7.
Only downside was that the lift didn’t always work - because the design meant that if people didn’t close the doors (which they didn’t while I was there), then the lift could not be called from one floor to another.

Needed an overnight near Baker St, so this was a perfect location.
The hotel is in good condition, the staff were friendly, the wifi worked and the breakfast was nice!

We booked 3 adults in one room, it has 1 double bed and a foldout bed but when u unfold that bed the room is so crammed!!!

Lower level room was VERY small and suffocatingly hot.
A modest hotel experience; however noted that:
Location is very good.

The shower cubicle was dirty and the shower door didn’t cover the whole area and they’ve used a tiny bit of shower curtain to cover the rest. The room wasn’t clean and the mattress had an awful smell to it.
