We chose this hotel because of the location, close to Victoria train station, which is great if you travel to Gatwick Airport and to commute by subway to other landmarks of the city. You can also walk to Buckingham Palace and some West End theaters.
The room was always clean and the personnel was kind enough with reception 24/7.
The room was tiny and even though we usually don’t have any issue with that, it might be uncomfortable to some people, and there is no elevator for handicapped people or if you carry many luggage.
The neighborhood is quite residential so if you are looking for a vibrant neighborhood with more nightlife, you might choose to stay somewhere else.

Vom Hotel kommt man überall zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten super hin. Egal ob zu Fuß oder per Bahn/U–Bahn.
Das Hotel war sehr modern und sauber.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht. Unser Fenster war ein kleines „Bullauge“ aus Hartplastik was sich nicht öffnen ließ. Das war aber auch der einzige minus Punkt.
Aufenthalt war sonst echt super und würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen!

We booked this last minute due to a bad air b&b was very clean rooms are small but nice my only suggestion would be to provide blow dryers. Other then that it was great!!

There was no chair to sit in; there was no hair dryer, or drink glasses, or complimentary bottled water. Location was good, close to restaurants, convenience stores, & underground.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean and centrally located for our visit. The only downside was there wasn’t enough room for each of our suitcases. The WiFi was amazing! The beds were super cozy. The shower pressure was excellent! The staff were very kind and helpful. We will stay here again, even with limited space for our suitcases😊

Boa localização, boa estrutura, quartos bem pequenos. Achei a roupa de cama empoeirada, não pareceu estar limpo. Mas como era só uma noite tudo bem. Não tem secador no banheiro também, nem café da manhã.

Great little hotel for the price. The staff are super lovely, the beds were extremely comfy and the bathroom is quite big considering the room is a little on the small side. All in all I would definitely stay again. My only request is that they have an iron and hairdryer as these aren’t provided in the rooms and there weren’t any available.

Hôtel agréable. Personnel gentil et avenant. Chambre petite mais agréable. Lit confortable. Belle douche.
Par contre on entend beaucoup lorsque les voisins ferment leur porte. De plus, ils ont déclenché le détecteur de fumée en pleine nuit..
