Ulasan Holiday Inn London Kensington High St., an IHG Hotel

Very good price for a hotel in Kensington. Exterior could look better but interior is sleek, clean and modern. Kind, helpful staff. Amenities on request. Free nearby street parking after 7pm(?) each day. Clean, modern room.

Very clean, comfortable, and check in and check out very efficient. It would have been nice to have been able to have a proper dinner at the hotel. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again as we enjoyed the Thai restaurant just across the road.

My room has water dripping sound. I think because is at level 1 . All the concierge very good. And thanks to Ahmed for helping me to carry my luggage .

Requested for an hour complimentary extension hour - it was declined but offered me to pay GBP10/- per hour. Refrigerator was lining of black mould ; I clean it up with my sanitiser towel. Free house keeping 😅

Good hotel.food breakfast and good facilities

Rooms very small, and issue with the lifts meant only one was working which caused a long wait.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms, fairly clean, service is hit or miss - some receptionists and waitresses were lovely and others thoroughly unfriendly. M

Small rooms however very good location as it’s near the tube and food nearby .

The location is really convenient, with just around 5 mins walk to the High Street Kensington Station. The room is clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time.

This hotel is horrible. The room we checked in was not even prepared. We went in there was no soap / shampoo or any toiletry. The aircon was broken and doing really loud noises and we couldn’t sleep. We complained to reception they then gave us another room that was dirty and tiny and the toilet door didn’t open fully and the curtain was broken. When we went back and told them they told us we can’t do much atm. So they gave us our old room back. Which was freezing. The room never got cleaned over the three nights of staying there. We complained again and asked to speak to a manager , they said the manager is busy and she’ll get back to you which never happened. No one cared to solve or acknowledge us.

The best thing was hands down the location and starbucks being inside the hotel. It’s a very busy hotel though with many airline staff staying there. Queues can be long at reception and whilst some receptionists were very service oriented some weren’t very guest friendly. I had booked a premium double but was given a premium twin TWICE. Dragging my suitcases around after an exhausting travel there. I then had to downgrade to a standard double because I cannot sleep in a single bed. The bathrooms were both the same tiny size though the premium room definitely was more spacious. The standard room makes you feel claustrophobic.
