Ulasan OYO Hotel Houston Humble IAH Airport Hwy 59

Friendly staff, clean and safe location. It’s an old facility but room was equipped and operational, from A/C, heater, fridge, microwave, hot water, everything functional. Towels were replaced every day.

It was an okay place. Staff is a little rude besides this really nice older woman that works at the front desk.

The reception was so polite and nice and location was so good near of highway but hotel was old but clean needs renewal inside and out side

Been staying there for months now. Prices were good from ********* but February 1st it all changed that's why I went on Trip.com

Worst hotel I have ever seen

There was a homeless man between building under the deck above. There was a car sitting in the parking lot with someone inside and its lights on who pulled in just ahead of me and then sat there for over an hour. The person on duty didn't care and told me I could go somewhere else if I was not comfortable. It was too late to go somewhere else.

As a female solo traveller, I did not feel very safe. Very dangerous looking dingy area. Bedsheets were dirty with cigarette holes and lights would flicker on. I couldn’t even open my drapes because there was no tint or nothing so everyone can see inside. I wanted to get a refund for one night because I didn’t feel safe and they wouldn’t give it to me so I had to stay inside a dark room locked until my flight was ready. I ended up checking out early to stay at the airport because I felt safer sitting there. Waste of money, pay the extra few dollars to go somewhere nicer

You get what you pay for. My room was listed as non-smoking but it definitely was not. As a non-smoker I could smell it in the pillows and the comforter. The cleaning lady did her part by keeping the room clean but to no avail. I went to ask about an iron and ironing board and was told they didnt have one as everytime the got them they were stolen. Who steals those items? The staff that i dealt with were nice and helpful. Not a bad stay.

The room was very reasonably priced. The air blew cold, water was hot, towels were clean, as well as the bedding. The water drained properly in the shower and the toilet flushed just fine. Room.didnt smell.like smoke although it was a smoking room! Overall great stay!! Would recommend!!

Mold in the Bathroom above the shower. Had to ask for more towels, was not equipped with enough towels for 2 guest. Place was clean but needed updating , painting, new bedspread(had cigarette burn in it) and was a non-smoking room.

There was an extremely strong odor in the room & the bottom of the door was bent out wouldn’t close leaving a gap & draft. They keep the front desk lobby locked so you have to communicate through a window outside. I was told there were no other rooms. I really need a refund!

The place was alright, for a cheap hotel. I was upset that they did not honor my reservation, even after I called twice, and emailed them to inform them that I would be late checking in because my flight didn’t arrive until after midnight.
