Around 10 minutes walk from Oita station, but it was near the Oita art district, the iconic Oita Prefecture Art Museum is just a 5 minute walk and worth a visit even after closing time at night. The hotel has a big room and good service.

Very comfortable stay and amazing service from the front desk.
Just a warning that parking is 900 and it's one of those rotating elevator parking services. Wouldn't recommend it unless your car is really small - there are many other parking lots around the hotel area.

Hotel doesn't have any Hot Spring / Onsen as advertised here. Disappointed as we book here because we would like to relax at hotel onsen. Pls remove the pics here as advertised you have onsen. Thank you so much.

I booked to stay for 2 nights, however, I can’t stay there anymore. The room is too small and too cold. We can hear the children talking, running and screaming upstairs. The parking area is separate from the hotel, it is very inconvenient.

The location is right near Oita Station, so it was very convenient for transportation and movement. There is a central street right in front, so there are many restaurants and shops, so it was comfortable. The hotel service is very good.. The coffee that is given for free every day is very delicious. The front desk staff is friendly. I will come back next time..

The lobby and rooms were clean, the staff were professional, and I had a pleasant stay. There was a vacancy, so I was upgraded from my original room. It was reasonable, but the quality of the experience was more than worth the price.
One thing was that when I tried to use the humidifier, the filter inside was not very clean, so I didn't use it, but other than that it was a very good experience.

This hotel is average, but cheap, and very close to the JR station, so it's very convenient to get around. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the station. It's very convenient to go to Beppu and Yufuin. If I have a chance to come next time, I will continue to stay here. After all, it's very convenient to go out, and the breakfast is also good.

It may be a place with fewer tourists. I feel that this hotel is a 5-night trip to Kyushu. The bathroom in the hotel is not very hygienic. I saw broken hair. There are many Japanese locals staying in the hotel. There are many restaurants nearby. I went to the fifty-six house for dinner and it was quite good. For parking, the hotel recommends tower parking at the parking lot diagonally across the inner street. It costs 900 yen a night, which is okay.
