The location was good, the room was tidy but the toilet was not cleaned as there was hair inside it and around the seat!! Makes you question the cleaness in the room

Overall it was a good experience. Machine check in outside as I arrived late that was easy to do. Room smallish but clean and comfortable. Breakfast basic but included. Very pleasant staff.

Our room was very quaint! We loved it! The shower was a little small, but we made it work. Location is great, the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Very well located, 3 minutes from Earls Court tube station, on a very quiet street. Good service, clean rooms, new furniture, fittings, fabrics. Bathroom neat and tidy. Venetian blinds covering the bathroom/bedroom windows is not a good idea though. Continental breakfast included was a nice touch. They should have a better control system for left luggage

My 2nd time staying and I was just as impressed as the first. Small hotel, perfect for those that like that. Area is great, staff is very nice (always) and the hotel is very clean and modern. Can't miss!

My twin room was small but workable but the shower has to be the tiniest ever! I had to squeeze past the sunk to get in. I wont stay here again because of this. Staff pleasant, location is great.

A very nice boutique hotel. A very nice and clean room. Our room was very quiet.The breakfast area is fun and the food is fresh and good, a perfect start for the day with lots of variety. This is a great location close to train station and if you like to walk you can get to Hyde Park and walk through Kensington and beyond. The staff is also very nice. They didn't have conditioner for hair or body lotion but I didn't ask for them at the front desk. And if you like cream in your coffee bring some because they don't have it in London. A great pub on the corner called The Blackbird. It has fantastic food and great customer service. When I return to London this is where I'll stay.

The staff was very friendly and accomidating. It was so cold they put a portable heater in my room. The bath was extremely narrow and very poor water pressure in shower. The breakfast was great. Considering i was -10 there i still had a great visit. Location Superb. Plently of food markets and restaurants with 5 minutes.

Perfectly situated as a base for jumping on and off the tube to see London. Breakfast was a treat each morning and the staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms were cozy and very comfortable and the resident cat was so sweet!
