Ulasan The Resident Victoria

This hotel have a very great location … just around the corner from Buckingham palace … But it’s also near to the victoria station. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Definitely would stay again if I go to London thx uuu the resident

good location very close to buckingham palace and westminster room space is fair but overall very neat and tidy however not all sockets in the room works and the showering gel was not refilled

The next morning water is not available.

很乾淨舒適的飯店，距離白金漢宮只有幾步的距離，觀賞衛兵交接行程很方便，入住時有貼心的小卡以及紅酒歡迎我們的到來，此次旅程住了八天，每天回來時房間都整理的很乾淨，感謝非常專業的房務。下次回訪英國時這裡會是我的首選😊。

駅から5分ほどの距離でバッキンガム宮殿までも5分ほどと立地がよくフロントやお部屋も清潔感がありよかったです。 お部屋の本の装飾はロンドンぽさがあり、簡易キッチンは使い勝手がとても良く、ウェルカムサービスのワインとお菓子もあり大変満足でした。

地理位置好，出門拐左即看到馬路對面的皇家馬廄，往前走一點，不超過500米可看見白金漢宮。 出門正對着走200米右轉，穿過商業廣場即到維多利亞地鐵站c口 酒店房間分到一樓房間，但是很安靜，進入住宿區域需要刷門禁，房間乾淨

Tive uma excelente experiência no hotel, atendimento, limpeza, localização e o silêncio impecável no quarto, perfeito para descansar…brasileiros que tiverem a sorte, podem encontrar com a recepcionista Bianca, uma mulher educada, e muito gentil…ela foi fundamental com informações para meus belos dias em Londres.

位置很不錯，説離白金漢宮五分鐘是謙虛了，實際上就離幾十米，離地鐵站也挺近的，在市區內算是交通方便、環境不太嘈雜、感覺安全、周邊有超市和辦公的真實氣息的完美結合了；一個經理非常發自內心的熱情服務，其他服務員有點敷衍的客氣，但整體服務需求都響應得不錯；房間是真的小，尤其是走廊很逼仄，但大概也算一分錢一分貨了。

地理位置方便，安靜舒適

房間太小了
