Ulasan G'Sign Style Hotel

I went to the hotel I had originally booked, but couldn't check in and was tired of traveling with large luggage, so I stayed at the closest hotel for the night. When I checked the chat on the Trip.Com app, it seemed like it had been canceled due to a mistake by the local agent, and that it was impossible to do so because they were fully booked on that day. Anyone can make a mistake, but on the last day of my trip, I arrived feeling disappointed as I dragged my suitcase along the bumpy road. The room category was a suite, but the room was dirty and the door leading to the terrace had a broken lock, so it was just a veranda with no chairs or table, and the concrete floor was full of pigeon droppings, with nowhere to step. There were no toiletries in the bathroom other than the provided shampoo, and the towels were old and yellow with frayed edges. No foot mat. When I flushed the toilet, the water kept coming out, and even at the lowest temperature setting, the air conditioner didn't work at all, so I couldn't help but feel hot. I couldn't find the TV remote control so I called and they brought it to me, but what about a suite that doesn't even have a small refrigerator? Anyway, it was dirty everywhere and the pillow cases were filthy. There was a pool on the rooftop, but the bar was not open and the pool towels were old and faded. A dirty glass fall prevention fence that looks like it hasn't been cleaned is not recommended. Local students are on a school trip, and during this time of year there seem to be a large number of teenagers who come every day, shouting loudly even though it's a public space, the hallways are always noisy, and one of the two elevators is broken and doesn't work. It was such a valuable experience that I laughed. What's Good: The security and reception staff were very helpful even though they seemed busy dealing with customer complaints. A blessing in disguise (lol)
