Good hotel comparing to many old ones that London has to offer.

Always stay at this hotel for the location. Had an issue with the room at first. Sent to wrong one but very quickly sorted and very apologetic, offered us breakfast but decided not to take it as already payed in advance.

酒店位置很好，近地鐵站，只需步行約5分鐘，職員態度友善， 房間新淨，整體環境乾淨整潔，期待下一次再次入住，值得推介！

Hôtel très bien situé mais la salle de bain mériterait d’être rénovée. Le train passe juste en a côté. La qualité du petit-déjeuner est médiocre.

We are amazed by service that this hotel provides. All thanks to great staff especially Natalia. Rooms are very cozy and clean. We stayed in super room where we had coffee machine and smart TV. Unfortunately there’s no view from the hotel but all attractions are walkable distance.

Really clean, fantastic location for sightseeing. Carmen on reception really attentive & nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again

Room was not clean , dried blood/hair in shower, coffee machine didn’t work, noisy, no quilt on bed.

Due to the lack of air conditioning, the windows were left open in my room with a fan going to keep the temperature manageable. Whilst this managed the heat somewhat (poorly) it also meant it was incredibly loud with the trains passing by next door, making it quite difficult to sleep, especially early in the morning. Would not recommend to stay during summer months when the window needs to stay open.

Very noisy room with trains going constantly from early morning. Manager quite rude when asked if we could book in twenty minutes earlier. We had already paid extra. Otherwise very polite waiter in the morning who explained the breakfast procedure. Good location for the Tower of London

Won't be going again as I said have the t shirt Won't be back room was not made up bin was not cleaned out 1 bog roll between 2 of us and no soap to have a shower with

This particular hotel was SOOOOOO hot there was no aircon in the rooms fans were provided but it was ridiculously hot still and along with that it’s right next to the train tracks so with windows open from 5am every 15/20 mins trains run so expect to be awake early.

Although bed, shower and most facilities are fine, the rooms are without air conditioning or even fans to try circulate the air. This made my recent stay incredibly uncomfortable, with London temperatures around 25c at day and 18c at night. The hotel is aware of this, they have removed the duvet from the bed and open the windows. But it simply was not enough and made sleeping difficult each night. If in cooler weather, this would likely be an acceptable hotel for short stays.
