Ulasan GRACE SELECT HOTEL(Suzhou Jinjihu)

Good start overall. Location is alright nearby metro and not far from point of interests. But not close either…

It was good experience, however breakfast service need to pay more attention. Like clean the tables regularly after each customer.

Good service and friendly staff

The hotel is located very close to the city center and most important tourist attractions. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great as well. Thank you, and see you again.

The hotel is in the process of renovation, so it’s not completely done except the lobby area . The staffs are helpful but not well trained.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from a subway station. It’s quiet, clean and nice. The staff is friendly, polite and efficient. The water in shower is really hot. The facilities are fresh. I enjoyed my 2 days stay. Nice experience.

A 2 minute walk from Donghuan Lu on line 1 (green line) Its a modern and clean hotel. The staff were nice and breakfast is on offer if you want. It’s very close to the SIP and Central Park is a 5 minute walk too.

The hotel was lovey and within a 7 min walk to a metro station. Restaurants are a easy 20 mins walk away. The hotel is new so the amenities and the rooms were clean and orderly. The bathroom was clean with really good hot water. The receptionist Xioa Taozi and her colleagues were helpful and kind with inquiries during the stay. Would recommend the hotel to others!

端午來蘇州自由行，三天都在這裏，自助早餐很豐富，前台小王和小白服務很好👍 酒店機器人好忙碌，一直上下樓送餐好可愛，孩子很喜歡💕

酒店離地鐵1號線很近，去東門之門，平江路，寒山寺，蘇博都很方便。房間整潔衞生，入住時還送了零食和小禮物給孩子，很貼心。但早餐品種比較少，感覺沒啥吃的。

酒店整體的環境很好，衞生也很乾凈，早餐的麪條和餛飩味道也可以，整理體驗感很不錯。洗漱用品的質感也很好，

謝謝，很愉快的一次入住體驗，床品舒適 步行去附近的印象城很快， 去平江路也方便 工作人員很體貼， 尤其稱讚兮兮，我忘記訂早餐，贈送了一份，感謝
